Shaun went up and above to make sure we had air conditioning today before he left and explained all the issues with my old outdated unit. He quoted me the price of a replacement unit, making me comfortable in my decision to move forward. He showed up on time, was very patient and understanding with us, very professional in every aspect, I Have used Thompson and Thompson several times for many different projects , I am never disappointed.

Rob Pagels was my service tech--- he was on time and very efficient!! I'm beyond impressed with the quality of service and the prompt appointment fulfillment. Nigel Williams also came out Sat. afternoon for an electrical issue I was having , I called for service and Nigel was at our front door within a couple hours: I'm overwhelmed with quality of service we received from both service techs!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Thompson & Thompson!

Jonathan came out on a holiday to service our AC unit. He was timely, friendly, and professional. He took the time to explain what was wrong with our unit and how he was going to fix it, and he answered all my questions. I am very grateful for Jonathan's work and highly recommend him and Thompson & Thompson!

Cory & Bobby came out to our home & helped us figure out why our breakers kept tripping. They did a walkthrough & made sure all outlets/ switches were working properly & listened to any concerns we had. So thank you so much Cory & Bobby for helping us out!

We had used Thompson and Thompson previously for electrical work and were satisfied with the service, despite it being a little pricey.

However, I called multiple different times for almost 2 weeks to have them come out and quote us for a new AC unit. No one ever answered the phone and I wasn’t even sent to voicemail. Just left on hold for over 20 minutes every time.

I went online to try to book an appointment, but the scheduling system seemed to be down. I used the online chat and no one was available to chat with. It said someone would reply by email once they were in the office but no one ever did.

I understand that this is likely a busy time for them, but I tried for WEEKS to get ahold of them with no success. I am also a current customer of theirs. You would think they would want to keep loyal customers.

I ended up going with a different company who answered the phone right away, had someone come out the next morning, and scheduled the installation of a new unit before leaving our house.

From start to finish, great company to work with — from the friendly lady that helped on the phone to assist with setup same day service to Shaun, who was very helpful and went over everything! Very appreciative for prompt service on hot day!

The a/c technician Chris Alston is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Did an outstanding job troubleshooting my system and corrected all of the issues that needed immediate attention. I recommend using this professional company for all of your a/c needs.

Shaun Churchill with Thompson and Thompson was amazing! Super thorough and was very helpful. Also very efficient which is great considering our house has been 80 degrees for a week now. He came in today and looked at the issues and it looks like we’ll be getting a whole new system in two days. He also fixed our air temporarily so we can have a cool house while we wait. Highly recommend.
