Cory did a great job of explaining what he did, then followed up with an email with pictures. He also made a few suggestions that were helpful. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I am pleased with my decision to purchase a new system from Canady’s.

Cody came out to do our Cooling Club maintenance and he was amazing. He took time to explain how our system works and the issues we may see pop up with it as well as options that could help our system run better. He was not pushy but very informative and helpful. If I can request Cody for every call from here on out I would.

Sean was quite professional and provided all neccessary information regarding my systems. Sean ensured everything with my system was in great shape and provided all the information for me to ensure my system is in good working order. This was my first time using Canady’s. They sent Caleb, who was very detailed and looked for all the possible causes of my HVAC issue. I haven’t had such a positive experience with a technician in years!

My technicians, Zach Bruner and his assistant where incredible. Zach, even came back to my residence after he had left for over two hours to correct a furnace fan issue. Genuinely nice guys.

The entire team did a great job with the installation and follow up QC on the install. Willie was great in the QC process identifying things that they could have done better on the initial install and Ethan did a fantastic job making some corrections/modifications that will help the overall efficiency of the units.

Absolutely the worst experience dealing with these people set up a appointment over a month ago and they keep calling day of appointment to reschedule me for another 2 weeks today was the second time. I understand people without AC Are important but if you keep pushing people out that needs their service you are just trying to make more money off of people doing preventative maintenance

The Canady crew lead by Mr. Brandon Anderson installed my new HVAC system today. The entire crew were very professional and knowledgeable about the HVAC system they were installing. They insulated all the lines outside and put down an extra cover over my existing cement pad. I have a new thermostat, Mr. Anderson showed my how to work the thermostat. I'm very satisfied and glad I choose Canady to install my new HVAC system.

It was so easy to schedule the A/C repair. Justin put my mind at ease and explained repairs fully. He was quick & efficient! Very professional. Will definitely call Canady’s if I need help in the future! Awesome service!!

The response time for scheduling a technician to address concerns I had with my AC system was prompt and on time. The technician Drake Cribbs is very professional, competent and polite and leaves you feeling assured he has addressed your concerns. Job well done! Always good experiences with Canady’s!!!!
