I call this company after unsuccessful trying to get somebody to come out. One call that's all they was out at my house in an hour very very polite, professional, explain to me the problem and went to work. The unit was outdated and over worked Charles was so honest and concern about my family getting cool. I will always use this service good help is hard to find. Call them you will not be disappointed I promise this and the price of the service is unbelievable. Thanks Charles!!!

Mr. Charles Bailey came out within an hour after receiving our phone call. He was able to repair the line that was cut. He also resolvied other issues concerning the air conditioner. Excellent service! I came home the other day to a hot house and my AC unit not running. I called C.B’s and they arrived within an hour! Charles got me back up and running immediately with a $200 repair. I highly recommend C.B’s if your having trouble.

Came out for an emergency within an hour! Will use again 100%

I called CB because I had changed my filter on my a/c unit and it wouldn't turn on. He answered on the first call. After I told him what I did, he told me what I did that caused it to shut off. I went back in my crawl space and did exactly what he told me to do and the lights came back on but no air. So, I called him back to have him come out, and he explained the delay then it turned on. I offered to send him a cash app for his time/service and he respectfully declined. In the event that I do have a/c or heating issues he will be the man I call! Thanks CB, there are not very many people that would not have come out and charged me.

Mr. Charles was very professional, courteous, and very thourough. He also takes time to explain and show the steps in detail where you can see the why's instead of him just saying something. So its like going through a course with him for you to understand which is what i absolutely like. He is now going to be my permanent ac/heater guy. And great rates!
