N GA did a fabulous job replacing our 30+ year old Trane system! Bryan was very thorough and patient in inspecting the existing 5 ton system, listening to our needs and proposing suitable options. Daniel and Joe were very thorough in the installation and explained the operation of the system well. And they operated the new system and addressed any concerns (new sounds) before leaving. Great, great job guys! I highly recommend N GA!

We are extremely pleased with the personnel and service from North Georgia Heating & Air. Jeromy checked our system and offered different options to us. Once we decided on a new system he showed us 3 different units and the advantages and disadvantages of each. There was no pressure. Once we chose the system we wanted he gave us a date of installation. The installers arrived early on the date he gave us. They were professional in every way. He made sure I understood the system before he left and told me to call anytime with any questions I have. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We needed a new heat and air unit when ours quit working. We called North Georgia Heat and Air. Chad came out and gave us several options for a Trane unit. The unit we had was a builders grade so the Trane was a big upgrade for us at a reasonable price. We have worked with Chad many times in the past and trust him completely. He won't sell you on something you don't need. Within a couple of days, the new unit was installed. Everyone from office staff, sales and installers were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We are cool and happy. You can trust North Georgia Heat and Air to be reasonable, honest and dependable.

This company is a joke , I met with the hiring manager , Monday Jun the 15th and he told me to come back in the next morning at 730am to start work meaning I had got hired , at 11:30 that night my wife went into labor , she gave birth Tues Jun the 16th , not only did I go in this morning at 7 o'clock sat for a hour , but my wife also called the day after she gave birth and spoke to their secretary to let them know , that I could get medical records and proof as to why I was not present Tuesday morning Jun 16th to start my first day of work !

Very professional personal, did a fabulous job, I would highly recommend and would North Georgia heating and air for the rest of my life👍
