The customer service is the worse ever, they call you in a very rude way, they schedule appointments week days and timeframe is whole 9 hours, meaning you can’t work that they, they call 20 minutes prior they arrival and suddenly if you are 5 minutes away they harassed you saying they will leave. They can’t pretend people need to wait whole 9 hours for their service
