I purchased a new AC from Polar Air about 2 years ago and have been very happy with it. This past Saturday, I started having issues where my thermostat was intermittently reporting a loss of power from the system. I called and left a message on Sunday after talking it over with my dad and trouble shooting what we could. Considering it was Memorial Day weekend, I assumed I would hear from them on Tuesday, but they not only called me back Sunday night, they diagnosed the problem over the phone and came out Monday morning (on Memorial Day!) and took care of it. Everyone involved was friendly and knowledgeable and I am very grateful for their responsiveness!

Dennis was very nice. He explained everything he was finding and doing in detail throughout the entire job. He was in an out of my house is a very short amount of time. The service was fast and now my house feels comfortable again. I highly recommend Polar Air and will definitely be setting up a service contract with them for future maintenance.

Dennis did a fantastic job. I have had a dozen of Coastal guys out here over the last year, and not one of them identified the leak he found in the coil or that there was a missing bypass damper. The team was able to get out to our house quickly and diagnose the duct issue. Able to quickly patch the system up until a repair can be arranged. Very personable team, polite, and knowledgeable!

My mother is on 24/7 oxygen. I called Polar Air Inc. Because the the air had stop cooling. It was causing her breathing issues. I called at 10:45Am. The specialist, Mr.Adams returned my call within 20mins to inform me that, he was headed my way. Mr. Adams and his assistant had everything under control within 10-15 minutes. Total time from the original call was, less than 1 hour. I call THAT!! The Best Service Ever!! The cost was more than reasonable and I would highly recommend this company.

I have used Polar Air many times. The service and professionalism of this company is 5 star. I will never use another company.
