When I say top tier I mean actually that. Mr Marc I think that was his name 😊 came out and fixed our AC unit and got things working again properly. Tonight we will get a good night sleep. This company is very professional and very knowledgeable about what they’re doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone who may be in need of assistance when it comes down to their AC unit. He was a very cool laid back but very friendly person to ask questions. And he didn’t hesitate to answer your concerns. I can’t thank them enough for a job well done. I wish I could give more then 5 stars. They’re a 10/10. Thanks again for a job WELL DONE!

I previously had someone diagnose my heat pump for an issue. I contacted BE Relieved and several others for 2nd and 3rd opinions and quotes. Marc arrived and I explained the issue with the system. He took the time to do his own troubleshooting and found that the original issue was no longer present. He took the time to explain what may or may not have happened to it and provided advice if it happens again. I truly appreciate the professionalism that BE Relieved (Marc) demonstrated, that's not true for most companies these days.

They are 10/10!! Tina was wonderful. From the initial phone call, I knew I’d made the right choice by calling them because she was easy to talk to. My mom referred them and they did not disappoint. The flow of my appointment was exactly how Tina explained. I received a call from Bruce when he was 30 mins away. He was friendly and professional and easy to talk to. He was transparent and knowledgeable which I truly appreciated. I called BE Relieved Heating because I needed a second opinion diagnostic because I truly felt United Air Temp was trying to take advantage of me because they work with American Home Shield. We were without heat 5 1/2 days and the temperature dropped all the way down to freezing on 2 of those days. AHS nor United Air Temp treated the situation as a priority. I was told the motor on my heat pump was blown and I needed a new system installed and it had been tampered with. So, AHS wouldn’t cover it. The system was installed in 2017 and I’ve only been in my house since fall 2020. Bruce came right out and diagnosed the issue which was my thermostat. He corrected the mistakes the tech made the day before and now my wife, 10 month old son and I have heat again. Thank y’all so much!!

Thanks B E for a job well done! The tech Marc was on time, professional and extremely helpful. He did the repair on my furnace same day and fix other things that would have been future issues. I highly recommend using Be Relieved for your HVAC needs. Tina continuously assisted me with my claim even though the warranty company dropped the ball. She kept me posted on the process, understood the urgency and explained the options that were available to me. The service tech, Mark, came out was fast and professional. My best experience with them is that they trusted me. I have a house in Stockbridge Georgia where the installation is done and I live in Texas. They didn't ask me a penny upfront. Paid after completing the job. I had about 4 companies gave me estimate for this installation and this was the only company followed up with me after the estimate. The other companies didn't even care maybe they are way too busy. I will recommend this company to all my friends in Atlanta Georgia. They are very professional. I am 100 % satisfied.
