I have been using this company for at least last 10 years. Victor installed my system at my previous house. I had an issue 5 or so years after the install and called him. He came quick fixed the issue. Recently at my new house I’ve had a few issues, they have come right away and were able to fix it. No price gauging during the summer months, and they have always been honest.

Luis is the technician who provided the service. We found him to be courteous and efficient. He has been here before. We enjoy having him service our unit. He introduced himself as Daniel. Very courteous well mannered young man. We can recommend him to anyone.

We had a problem with water in the pad. The company sent young boys , who does the service. So, the company said that they can not clean the dranage , it does not work, that is why we did additions dranage connected with general house dranage . We paid $800 for this pipe , which did not do proper dranage and compromised working of compressor and the unit in general . The next step was to change the unit... The water problem was not resolved as well. So, after several years living with permanent risk of leaking this dirty water into the house and ruin everything- likely we got inspection. The inspector said: who did you this additional pipe??? It is incorrect! You need cleaning of original pipe- which cost $120-200 max. So, the other company found original pipe, which buried deeply under ground ( do not know for purpose or alternative hearing people never touched it) and they cleaned easily the pipe ... after 30 min everything got to normal. Water in the pad dried , AC unit works well.

Viktor and his crew are awesome! Always super responsive and give constant updates via text and email. He even repaired no air flow issues after the fact. I cannot recommend highly enough! I will never use anyone else!
