I switched to this company for my HVAC maintenance based upon the recommendation of a neighbor. My previous company told me last December one of my systems was on it's last legs and needed to be replaced. I didn't believe them because the system was only 10 years old. After the technician with AccuAir checked out my systems I asked how they looked and he said they were in beautiful condition, very clean. I told them what the previous company had told me and he said it simply was not true. AccuAir is trustworthy, honest and does not try to pressure you into buying stuff you don't need. I am so happy I found them!

Changing from 5 stars to 1 star because it's broken again after only one month. I wish they had looked a little closer to find the true issue and given us better advice on whether we should repair or replace.

Technician Bob was prompt and forthcoming with his assessment. He topped off the coolant in the system after inspection it and determining that it was the most likely cause of our reduced cooling capacity. Same day service and reasonable pricing, would definitely use this company again in the future.

Called this morning because my A/C unit needed to be fixed. They sent someone out same day. Mark, the Technician, showed up earlier than the scheduled time, fixed the problem and answered my questions. Price was very reasonable.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I met with them, told them exactly what I needed, and they agreed to the job for a fairly high price. They sent inexperienced workers with no supervisor. They damaged a water pipe, left all their trash, and never finished the job we had agreed on. When I asked why they hadn't done the job I was paying them for, their answer was, "That was too hard and would take awhile, so we did it our way instead". I did not get what I paid for and had to repair much of the work they performed. I asked for a refund at the end of Sept '22 and am still waiting. Bob Stone agreed to a small partial refund but since has become the consummate "check is in the mail" guy. His business partner Terry Cowart, a local preacher, wouldn't even return a phone call. Stay away from these guys. Hire anyone else.

Bob was so quick to respond and able to get here the next day with the part we needed! Second time working with Accuair and very happy with results! Make sure to give them a call!!

Bob came a little early. He was professional and did a great job servicing both of my AC units. He even took away the old filters for me. I have been with them now for 3 years and have been very happy with their service!

AccuAir will have to tell you what service they performed (they are the professionals). I just know that there was an issue with the unit and they repaired it in a timely fashion and have been very responsive, accommodating and professional. YES I would definitely use them again and recommend them!

The technicians are great. They arrive on time, very professional and they are very reasonably priced. We have been customers for many years and would highly recommend. Very happy with this company.

Mark and Kate were amazing. Kate was a great scheduler and Mark was a great in home service provider. Fixed our heat issue and made it super easy and fast. Very knowledgeable and super nice. Great work and very helpful. I'd be happy to use their services again.
