We used KC Greene for the shop overhead industrial heater. Not only did the tech troubleshoot the issue but he replaced a filament inside as well. It was getting cold in the shop and we were tired of the gas style heaters.
The tech, Patty and Mr Greene did a great job. We had heat in the shop that same day. Pricing was affordable and Patty checked up on the work the following week. Great customer service, professional and knowledgeable Techs.
It's spring time and we need an AC service soon before the heat turns up

As a first time home buyer, I was really worried when I noticed a few different issues going on in my new home. I had a leak in upstairs ceiling and an issue with getting hot water to my shower. I talked the Kennedy on the phone and she was so helpful getting me an appointment when I needed it and ensured to document all my concerns so they were ready to address everything during their visit. Thomas came to my house and checked every one of my concerns thoroughly, and even took the time to teach me ways go check different areas of the house!

Even though the customer service rep Patty was very helpful in getting a technician same day to check my not working water heater. Technician who arrived had no clue on what was wrong with the water heater , made few call and asked what he should do and then told us that there was no water in the gas water heater and pipes were frozen and he cannot do anything. No service but yet took the full payment. I called another service company same day and they came and replaced the gas valve and my water heater is up and running . Very disappointed.

06/2019 Update:
Mr. Greene was quick to respond to my request for replacing my Rinnai tankless hot water heater that bit the dust due to a lightning strike. Our homeowners insurance was not quick to resolve our issues but as soon as they gave Mr. Greene and his team the green light they were phenomenal and quick at accomplishing the replacement. We are so blessed and thankful to have utilized K.E. Greene Mechanical and look forward to our future interactions!
