Great company, very responsive. Every tech who has dispatched to my home has been extremely professional and really helpful in getting our issues repaired. I will not call another plumbing company. Sam was great today and the fix was very quick. Thank you!

I had a frozen pipe busted in my master closet on Christmas day, when I encountered the problem, I went into panic mode initially. I got myself together, vacuumed up the water and dried my tears. I called Original plumber yesterday 12/26 and they're here today to fix the problem. Despite all the unfortunate events around the county with the weather, they were still able to fit me in their schedules.
Mykola, Will and Jake were professional, articulate and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. 👌

We called The Original Plumber a few years ago when we needed a new toilet installed & were so impressed with the service that we contacted them again to install a new kitchen faucet.
Our plumber, Donald Land, was amazing. Friendly, highly professional & did a great job in short order. And, he’s certainly is an asset to the company representing them (& himself) so well.
We can’t recommend The Original Plumber highly enough & will call on them whenever the need arises.

Highly Recommend! I’m very selective and where I guess high/good reviews, and Mr. plumber and their team certainly well earned and deserve a high recommendation! Their team sent out Dale and his apprentice Wes to install a water filtration system to my water heater and they did an absolutely phenomenal job. Dale was extremely thorough and did a great job explaining the entire process both at the time of the assessment and installation visits. They quoted me a fair price, did their work in a very timely manner, and the quality of work is very clean and crisp (no mess at all). Dale is especially is knowledgeable and has experience around installing many different types of water filtration systems, so if that is a service that you need, I highly recommend requesting him.

The Original Plumber is the very best plumbing service that I have ever dealt with. My mom had a pipe that was under her front yard clog. It caused backwash and flooding in her home. This occurred on a Sunday morning. I called The Original Plumbers number and the phone was answered right away by a very polite lady. Within a couple of hours, I received a text that a plumber was enroute to my mom's home. Our plumber "Sam" also phoned me to let me know he was on the way. To make a long story short, Sam evaluated the problem quickly, gave us a very reasonable quote, and kept us informed as to what was going on step by step. Sam arranged to have all the equipment needed to fix the clogged pipe at my mom's house early the next morning. He was also able to get her water back on before he departed. Sam was back early the next morning with all the equipment needed to dig down to the pipe, 6 1/2 feet, and replace the pipe. Sam went above and beyond by getting up most of the water from the flooding that had occurred. He had the clogged pipe fixed quickly and did an excellent clean up. I also want to note that I received updates via text from the company or direct phone calls from Sam. Like I mentioned, the price was very reasonable. I never take the time to write reviews but just had to in this case. I live 6 hours from my mother and was able to handle, with the help of Sam, all of this via phone. Sam was so nice and patient with my mom. Thanks to the Original Plumber my mom is relieved and happy. You can't go wrong using this company.

A++++ for the Original Plumber I had heavy work done at my home and I was very worried (plumbing and septic makes me nervous)! We needed to relocate our septic tanks at our home in order to put an addition on the back of our house. I decided to go with the Original Plumber based on Google Reviews and now I can see why so many customers left them such stellar reviews.

Austin told me it would be a one (possibly two) day job with little plumbing interruption. When they started digging, we were all shocked to find a giant piece of granite a few feet under the soil. Jud and Jake worked tirelessly at chipping away at the granite bit by bit with a jackhammer. I’m talking hours!! They were so dedicated to the point where I think a part of them enjoyed the challenge of beating the granite ;). Jud and Jake won the challenge and successfully got my new tanks in the ground. If that wasn’t hard enough, we had a pool installed last year and I told the guys that my main line to the pool was somewhere underground and not to hit it. They used hand shovels to find and keep the pool line in tact along with all the wiring. I’m still amazed.
The job that was supposed to take one day took four, but only because of what they uncovered under the soil - and with only 30 minutes of plumbing interruption!
They did such an amazing job that even my husband couldn’t help but take note of how fantastic it all turned out. Really incredible. Jud, Jake and Austin were really given a tough task in my yard but knocked the ball out of the park. I couldn’t be more grateful to them. They have blessed this family in providing the first step of us to be able to begin the construction of our addition for my mother in law. Thank you so much!

I cannot say enough good things about Wes and Dale. They arrived on time. They were professional but also pleasant and explained everything they were going to do to complete the job. I was so impressed with them, and I was so pleased with the ease it took to begin the project. I will always choose The Original Plumber, and I have already told my friends to do so as well.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! USE TE Certified Plumbers instead!

I am a contractor in the Atlanta area and needed to get some plumbing work done for a very large unfinished basement (million dollar home, new construction). I took the time out of my busy schedule to meet with Donny Cox at my clients home - to walk and discuss the work needed. We had a great conversation, everything seemed great, he had lots of good input and at the end of the meeting he told me he would type up the quote and email it over in the next 20 - 30 minutes. I left the property and was off to my next task for the day.

Later, I checked my email and received a blank quote. No detailed description, no pricing just a blank invoice for $0. Basically a template. I called the office that day to see why, maybe there was a mistake and they told me they would get to the bottom of it and get back to me. Nothing. Two days go by so I email them about it, nothing. Then I emailed them 2 more times and I never once received any hear back from them. Radio silence. This is super unprofessional and frustrating! Terrible customer service. As a contractor, if you’re not interested in doing a job, that’s fine, just communicate that upfront but don’t have someone waiting and waiting to see if there was some mistake. This reflects poorly on the company as a whole I will NEVER try to use them again. Complete waste of my time. I suggest using any other company but these guys.

Called in this morning as a new customer needing some quick water heater valve support, within an hour Dwayne Tiller was at my front door ready to aid. He was professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, clean, and worked efficiently to remedy my issue. He went on to identify a pressure issue (that I had noticed for some time but ignored). He made sound suggestions, then offered a reasonable price. I was back in business with water flowing properly within 6 hours of my first call this morning. EXCELLENT job by all involved and special kudos to Dwayne. If I owned a plumbing company, he is exactly the kind of technician I would want to represent it. I will never call anyone else first. Appreciate you, Dwayne!
