This company was quick, fair, and honest. The issue was quickly resolved. Aaron was professional and communicated very well. The service charge was very reasonable. I made a service call at 8am and had a tech on site by noon. 3 competitors informed me that they were no longer taking new clients or that we would be out of heat for a week or two. These folks have earned my business and my future referrals. I would gave them 6 stars but 5 is the max. GREAT OUTFIT!

Lake City does not disappoint. Used them for an AC issue after our service last fall. Prompt, office calls with ETA, they communicate well. These are the only guys to use for mechanical system servicing in CDA.

Called very early on a Monday, had a Tech here within 20 minutes. Promptly diagnosed our water heater problem and fixed it! Very professional, friendly, responsive and tested the repair carefully to ensure performance. Everything we want in an HVAC company, thank you! This was the original install company from 10 yrs ago, first time we've had to call them.

They were prompt to come out, but after 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to get my quote the secretary said she would call me back after she talked to the tech, I never heard back from her and I still haven’t got a quote! Obviously won’t be going with them. They can’t even send an email or make a phone call. That is NOT a company I want to work with their customers are obviously their last priority!

The best around . Who could ask for more . Quality installs , quality service , quality technicians, quality staff and a quality dog. Sounds like a deal to me.

I had Lake County come out for an estimate on some duct work. The next day the estimator called with a quote. I asked him to email it to me, the email never came. I called 2 days later. The woman I spoke with said she would ask the estimator to email the quote, again it never came.

I called another HVAC company they came out and I had an estimate the same day.

Spent thousands of dollars with nothing but a headache to show for it. Now that they have my money they won’t fix their shoddy job and they won’t even return calls! Hire someone else with your hard earned money.

Had an appointment for a quote on air & heat on 5/16/2018 at 3:00pm No one showed up and no one called. You would think a business would have the courtesy to at least call. Guess they don’t need the business.

They came out the day after Thanksgiving because my furnace wasn't Working. They came out right away and got it working great. Great job!!
