Great company to work with. Their installation was quick, professional, and well done. Prices were great compared with others in the area. We enjoyed having them in the house - they were respectful, happy, and easy to work with. We had a new furnace, air conditioner, and wood burning stove installed into an older home so the job was not easy. I highly recommend them for installation and service.

Now we are cooking with gas! We had no gas service at all on the main floor of our house and no fireplace anywhere in the house. NIH&CS to the rescue! Scott & Dustin were quick, efficient, friendly and super professional all the way! Plumbed lines from basement utility room to upstairs kitchen & living room - installed the new gas fireplace chimney & hooked everything up all in less than a full day. Inspection they scheduled was the next day - then the guys were back out the day after that to do the final connections. We couldn't be happier with a job done perfectly and unbelievably fast! It's been @3 months since the installation of the Laundry Pro 2.0 and I couldn't be more thrilled. Never having to buy any laundry products and still having my laundry come out fresh and clean. Love love love it! Saves on products and the cost of hot water. Does not put anything into my septic system that will compromise it. Give Brian Hergert a call and get this product. North Idaho H&C installed two A/C units for me. Their prices were about half of other local companies which helped me make my decision, and I appreciate that their scheduling time was far quicker than other companies too. However, there were definitely some speedbumps along the way and I feel that some of them were preventable while others were not.

Fixed A/C in the middle of summer. They were very kind, quick, and efficient. Called at 9am, arrived by noon and resolved it within an hour. Very professional staff members and overall a wonderful experience. Thank you so much!

My In-laws were without heat for a few days. North Idaho Heating and Cooling got there furnace up and running in less than two hours. Which is great for us, bc it is just about to turn cold.
He did a great job and the price was much less than I was expecting.
Couldn't be happier and will be reaching out again the next time we have an issue.

There are bigger HVAC shops in town but their installers can be questionable sometimes. The owners still work in the field and know the quality of their crews personally. You'll never get that guaranteed quality from a big shop, and that's why I won't go anywhere else for service or installation.
