i called this company to get Quote to do some work for me. So three those guys show up, I asked them to give me quote if we like we will move foward. I also ask them to get me Mechanical Permit which they did and i am very thansful for that. When they gave me quote i told them your numbers are out of my rang i am moving with some else. They told they will call city to cancel the permit if city refund them whole amout for the permit i will not charge anythin, So city did refund them whole amount. After few week they send me invoice to pay them gas money and time, also they told me permit cost 3k what the heck, it mechanical permit city told me it cost only $500 to $600. If they have told me upfront we will charge you time we coming out and gas money.
This what company owner reply " If you don’t pay the invoice then we will simply file a lean on the property." So becareful with company. so now i have to $550 for their gas hahah.

We used this company to install a quiet cool whole house fan. I spoke to Amanda on the phone and she answered all my questions and I booked instantly on the phone. A few days later Clay showed up. Clay was professional, knowledgeable, and installed the system as promised. The fan works great and I couldn't be more impressed with this company. I have a guy I usually use for HVAC, but will consider using them for other services as well based on this experience. Now I just need it to warm up to truly get all the benefits of the new fan.

Cody installed our QuietCool whole house fan in about 2 hours. He was on time, well prepared, experienced, and took time to discuss placement options and other details with us. We haven't had much of a chance to try the new system out but it operates as expected and so far we couldn't be more pleased.

Definitely recommend these guys, they were quick to respond and super to deal with. They were able to fit me in when my heating unit went down, worked with me to figure the best course to take and were very reasonable. Can not say enough good about them!!!
