Service was for yearly routine maintenance check of furnace and air conditioner. Before the service furnace was working, no problems, after 2 hrs of having repairman working on furnace I had a broken circuit board and furnace a nd to get it repaired is going to. Cost over a 1000 dollars. Told the manager that we thought his repair person broke it, and could he negotiate a lower price , and he said no. But let me know if I can help you out.

Paula did a great job scheduling an appointment with Mark. Mark was punctual and professional. He provided us with an estimate based on our needs. Mark is a fantastic listener and we highly recommend him. He is an owner of the company and cares greatly about the customer.

Furnace quit working during 20° temps recently. I called Jim's Heating & Cooling and they had us scheduled for the next day. Garrett arrived on time, he was super friendly and easy going, which made us feel very comfortable when talking with him. He ran a diagnostic test, determined what was needed and was back the following day with the part to fix it. Less then an hour later we had heat again. Highly recommend. Bar NONE Mark with Jim’s Heating and Cooling will always have my business.

We were interested in ductless heating and cooling system. And got quotes from four different companies. From the start Mark was most professional- took time to answer questions and presented his product the best.

He did not disappoint with continued excellent customer service thru the install and even after installation was complete —setting up time he could go over things with us afterwards.

The installers (Shane being lead)- were professional and left NO mess.

I am so happy we chose to support their business as they most definitely have supported us.

For over a month, I’ve had an appointment scheduled for furnace service Monday. I received a phone message on the Friday before asking me to call to confirm my appointment. I was busy with appointments and did not get to call back and confirm. I received another message Monday morning telling me I needed to call before 9:00 am to confirm my appointment for that afternoon or they would cancel it. I didn’t get the message until 9:36 and called immediately. By then they had cancelled my appointment and given it to someone else and informed me they couldn’t get me in until next month.

I’ve had service appointments where they’ve advised me they would call on the way and if I didn’t answer they would cancel, but nothing like this. I was never informed I would need to confirm my appointment or it would be cancelled.

My advice, if you choose to work with this company make sure you call to confirm your appointment. Apparently their time is more valuable than a customer who has always kept their appointments. Your customer service needs work.

I’m moving on to a different company.

My aunt has used Jim's for years and had been pleased. After some bad experiences with some other HVAC companies, I tried Jim's. Each time I've called staff have been very friendly and helpful. Today I called when my AC went down and they were able to get someone out the same day, which I am super thankful for! AC was able to be fixed and seemed reasonable as far as pricing! When I had a new system bid by Jim's last year (long story, another company said I needed to replace but actually I didn't, just got a bid from Jim's at that time (not a second opinion)). The comfort associate/salesman said Jim's won't be the cheapest but their work is quality. You may pay a little more with Jim's, I really have no idea, but so far they seem honest and reliable which I'd gladly pay a lot for! Thanks!

We have used this company for new hot water heaters, furnance, and A/C. We have been very satisfied with the installations, as well as their regular maintenance. Emergency repair needs are also promptly handled. We will continue to use Jim’s for all our heating and cooling needs,

After being cancelled out by another company at 3 on Friday afternoon we called Jim's. Our house was at 90 degrees and no on could come until next week. She listened to my story and was so kind and said she would get someone out here sometime tonight. Kevin arrived a couple hours later and we can’t thank him enough for his help. Jim's will be the first one we call and recommend!! Kevin was professional, knowledgeable and quickly fixed our AC! We were dreading the next several days with no AC and so appreciate him coming to our rescue!! Prices were very reasonable. Thank you! Choose a local, small, good standing company is what we learned!

The service I have received from Jim's Heating and Cooling has been exceptional. Service technicians, Isaac and Kevin, have done an outstanding job during each maintenance visit to first problem-solve and then correct issues with my 22-year-old upstairs AC system. Most recently, Mark Teuscher, comfort consultant, seamlessly arranged the purchase and installation of a new Carrier AC unit to replace the old upstairs one, along with an Ecobee Smart Thermostat. Yup it happened, fired up the 35 year old AC this summer, she was spent, I grabbed 2 bids for the new system, Marks bid from Jim's was so complete, he broke it down, found me 5 years of Interest free payments. Jim's Install Team was top shelf, efficient and Professional. The service techs are also top on my list. I won't use anyone else.
