Travis G. provided a fair quote for my Furnace/AC replacement. The next day, Tim R. and Cody B. arrived on time and started the job. They were both highly personable, professional, and respectful of both myself and my property.

When they finished later in the day, they did a super job cleaning up (even vacuuming) and hauling away my old equipment. I would highly recommend Perfect Plumbing and Air!!

My original furnace, A/C and water heater were 27 years old this year. The A/C didn't turn on this spring and so it all needed to be replaced!
Perfect Heating & air was up to the task. Got a quote with 2 options in one day, a whole new system, 2 days later. They even cleaned my garage!

Originally, used them for a maintenance call! Donovan was awesome and informative! The system was too small for the house! Travis came by the day after I called and broke everything down for a new system. We went for it! The crew (Duane, Jeremy, and Tim) that came out to demolish the old complete system and installed a new one were AWESOME! On time, hard working, friendly, overall very very great! They kept me in the loop on the whole job! Informed me of issues the found that had nothing to do with their job, just to let me know if I wanted to take care of it! This company is very great and the best thing, they communicate and stay true to their word! Every person I had an interaction with! The system works great, so there’s that!

Seth M and Travis G both gave us great service, Seth for our HVAC annual inspection. He explained everything clearly, and was very friendly. Travis G is also very nice. Travis listened to our needs regarding system replacement, gave us our options, and answered all of our questions clearly and patiently. We are all set to get a our new system next week and are happy to continue our long-time relationship with the Perfect Team.

We replaced our entire heating and air conditioning system. The service men, were polite, on-time, very clean and professional. Grant Weddle was awesome! Very professional, personable and respectful. Grant showed us pictures of the problem, thoroughly explained the repair work, and explained needs for future consideration. Did a fantastic job explaining additional upgrades and services that will extend the life of our equipment without high pressure sales tactics.

I highly recommend Perfect Plumbing and their entire crew. Blake Warr and Brian C. did a great job cleaning my ducts and dryer vent. Professional and completed the job efficiently and on time! This is long overdue.... Another big thank you to Thomas P. who helped my Mom with a water emergency after a car crashed into her house last summer. Thomas was there within 20 minutes of my call and repaired the water line. That was a team effort and we appreciate the response time and the helping to get her water running.

We can’t say enough positive things about our experience working with Tyler. He made us feel that we were always in the best of hands. He treated our house as if it were his own. He was very communicative and kept us apprised all along our lengthy project’s progress. He is the best! And he was so mindful of our three cats. I was so worried about our cats getting outside but Tyler ensured our cats were safe as if they were his own. Ask for Tyler! He is the best.

Needed my water heater replaced, I wanted to use Perfect because they have always met my expectations in the past. Brent went through all my options to help me decide what would be right for me. Brent did an awesome job besides being a very nice person to be around. Now I have a nice new water heater and no more problems!
