Saw a truck with the company name and phone number on it run a stop sign and almost cause an accident at the corner of Centennial Way and Simplot in Caldwell. My mother was driving and we turned after him so I took down the license plate number to call and report it. As I'm doing this, we're in the right hand lane behind a semi about to turn on to the 27 on ramp and he is in the right hand lane and cuts us off! He flashed his blinker for 2 seconds (the law is 300 ft) and squeezed in between us and the semi causing my mother to slam on her brakes. I called the phone number on the truck to report it and what do you know it's the very same guy named Jerry that answers the phone. He proceeded to tell me I'm fine and I need to watch where I'm going and hung up on me! Very, very unprofessional. If you don't obey the rules of the road and don't take complaints seriously you probably shouldn't be representing the company.
