Carlon and their technicians have been so patient with us as we have had an ongoing issue with our a/c. They are always quick to schedule same day or the following morning. Always on time and very professional. Top notch customer service! I would highly recommend.

After coming home to a leaking water heater I called Carlon and they sent someone out right away. We were given all our options and we decided on a tankless water heater. A week later two techs showed up and installed it. They even installed an new outlet so we could plug it in and two carbon monoxide detectors. The technicians and office staff have been beyond helpful, polite, and professional. Thank you Carlin!

Gabriel A was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was professional and thoroughly explained all that he did and discovered during his furnace inspection and tune up. He was also on time! ♥️ We also appreciate the text informing us that he was on his way with a photo attached. Gabriel arrived on time, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He troubleshot the system and explained what (and why) the system wasn't performing correctly as well as what was needed to correct it. This is a great company. I purchased a new furnace and tankless water heater due to the sincerity and genuine attitude of Gabriel who came out to see what was wrong. They were quick to get out and thorough. It was a lot of work and the owner even came by to help for a bit. We did hit a snag but I emailed them in the morning (on Sat ) and they came out and fixed everything quickly.

I would highly recommend this company for their courtesy and integrity!
