High Mark Heating & Cooling

High Mark performed an annual service for our air conditioning and heating system today. The technician was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He pointed out some errors in the install of our heating system that he fixed on the spot. The office team was very pleasant to deal with as well. It was a great experience overall and we highly recommend High Mark.

I had a different company come out to assess my HVAC system and was unsatisfied with the tech that arrived. Everything he said sounded wrong. So I called High Mark, their tech came out and found the issue in a matter of minutes and repaired it in no time. It's nice to deal with people who are knowledgeable about what they do. The other company said it would cost around $1000 to fix the issue or I would need to get a new HVAC system, turns out they had no clue what was wrong and it only cost me less than $300 to get it fixed. I will use High Mark going forward, I was pleased with the whole experience.

I am very pleased with High Mark! Our furnace has been finicky, and High Mark helped us narrow down the issue. The two technicians that have been here have both been very friendly and professional, and very helpful! They gave us their honest thoughts on what they thought the issue was. They explained things very clearly to me (which is very helpful considering I know nothing about HVAC systems!) They are honest with their pricing. The lovely lady who answers the phone is just the sweetest! They are definitely our go-to!

The guys from High Mark installed HVAC in my shop and installed a new AC system in my home. Their work was performed on time and in a professional manner. I understand they are very busy right now but try to return calls in a timely manner. I have always found them to be professional, truthful, and honest. They also have the integrity to not perform work they can't guarantee. We had a discussion about that.

Awesome service and reasonably priced. Our heater went out in the last cold snap we had,they scheduled an appointment for Monday but he came out the Friday before. I had called johnsons and 4 calls in 1 day and they blew me off. Would highly recommend High Mark

Great local company and friendly, helpful staff, very responsive and fairly priced. They have done our AC/Heating maintenance for 4 years, plus 2 emergency situations - came over within hours and fixed the issues same day. Definitely recommend this business.

I highly recommend High Mark! Chris was helpful, cheerful and FIXED the problem with my AC in a timely manner. He even went above and beyond and helped me to set a tricky thermostat. I had tried another local company and they literally told me that I just “ need to learn how to run a thermostat.” Then charged me over $100 and didn’t even fix the problem. The problem was not the thermostat. I will definitely continue to use this company and ask for Chris.

These people are awesome! They got our poor old stove in tip-top shape, had parts custom made for us, outstanding customer service! Repair person Jacob is a credit to their business, on time, personable, knowledgeable! This will be our go-to company for our heating!
