From the very first phone call I received after requesting a quote, Bill’s has been one of the best businesses I have ever worked with. Every employee was on time, communicative and friendly. We felt well taken care of, and like everyone truly wanted to do a good job for us. We opted for a 2 zone ductless mini-split, and the electrician that came even decided to put the outdoor unit in a place that would look more aesthetically pleasing. There was also going to be exposed lines inside our upstairs closet to save money on installation costs, and the installers went the extra mile to avoid that! I was so surprised and so grateful. I recommend this business to anyone who is look for heating or AC. I wish 10 stars was an option! Thank you all!

I am really impressed with the costumer service we received from Patrick and Mark. Very professional and knowledgeable. Mark made sure I was able to run the thermostat both on the wall and my phone. Patrick was very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable with the operation of my unit. They both made me feel important and answered all my questions. The electricians completed their part very quickly and their work looks great. I am definitely going to be a life long customer. Thank you Patrick, Mark and the rest of the team. You made my day!!!!

Bill’s has been amazing to work with. Not only did they take the time to answer all my questions but the installers were on time, professional, and extremely skilled. They spent all day at my house uninstalling a 30 year old system and putting in a new energy efficient system. Could not ask for a better company to work with!

Gavin and Texas did a great job installing our new heat pump and furnace. They are both professionals who are very thorough and were respectful in their interactions with both us the customers and each other.
I got 4 bids and Bill's not only beat on price but had a very good product and some very nice extras (Google Nest smart thermostat, Nest Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors, a whole box of filters). Also kudos to the support staff in the office, everyone was very friendly and efficient.
Also James did a great job quoting our system and it was nice having someone who was a technician first not just a sales person. I was also impressed that Bill's has a training and testing center in Hayden that they use to test everything they sell and train their technicians.

Honestly I'm kinda speechless, Bill's Heating/AC was just amazing. From the first point of contact to the end of our installation they went above & beyond, Zach our tech was fabulous he left us with space heaters (wouldn't let us not take them) and that just shows care, concern, and true customer service.
Installation guys, Mike, Florida, and 2 others (I apologize forgot names) also again speechless they were understanding, caring, respectful, funny, honest, and really took care of us. Our system & house was not the easiest (it's very old) and they didn't skip a beat, it didn't faze them on what needed to be done and done correctly, and made our furnace area look a million times better. We appreciate everything from the bottom of our hearts and will definitely recommend. You guys definitely deserve more than a 5 start!! Thank you so much.

Bill's hires only the best! Our furnace stopped working on a Sunday. Ryan came to the house did a thorough inspection. He answered all of our questions and had a bid ready for us before he left that day. Danielle got us scheduled within 48 hours.
Patrick, Ryan, and Nick did the install. Great team! They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Outstanding service!

Our AC went out and Bill’s was the only one who would even show up to give us an estimate. They set us up with portable AC until they could come in 2 days later for the install. Travis and his partner arrived on time and finished early. The new system works so much better and we where very happy with everyone we interacted with from Bill’s. They even left us a years supply of filters!

Sherman and Donovan from Bill's arrived early and started the install of a automatic electric transfer switch on my home. The team worked in a smooth and professional manner to get the job done. It was obvious from the start that these two were very efficient, knowledgeable workers. After an hour or so a second team of Garrett and Rob arrived on site to install a large propane electric generator and a heat and cooling "split" type air conditioner. Rob and Garrett split the work-load into workable "halves" and worked in unison in an efficient and professional manner. The two teams from Bill's Heating and cooling completed the total job in less than one day, in spite of a nasty, snowy and rainy work environment. Kudos to Bill"s for a start-to-finish excellent job!

I called them the first time on Monday, they had a tech out on Tuesday, and then had 2 electricians and 2 techs out on Wednesday. They were also able to get my new ac unit installed using the lines from my old broken one which saved some money and install costs.

All 4 guys were great, Garrett and Sergio are the only 2 names I got. I've already told a couple people to call Bill's since the install was over like an hour ago.

Wish I would have known about these guys a couple summers ago when my ac unit first broke after 40 or so years of service. Every other single place in Moscow and Pullman told me they MIGHT be able to get someone out by NEXT summer to just give an estimate.

Then, it would be a couple more months before to the install.

Amyway, they ALSO did 18 months financing with no interest!
