Justin Dickerson and Kurtis Altenbach were very professional and very informing. They arrived on time and introduced themselves in a very friendly way. They were not overbearing and calm and collected when I asked questions I was not privy to. Most definitely an experience that made me want to be a return customer.

Bud did an awesome job flushing, cleaning and inspecting my tankless water heater. I would give him 5 stars. The only reason I gave 4 stars to the company is that in my humble opinion charging $150/hr for travel time both ways seems excessive. Otherwise I’m very happy with the service.

Bud and Kurtis were both very helpful and knowledgeable. They were fast and efficient, and we greatly appreciated their professionalism! We were very impressed with the quality of their service, and we will be sticking with Pacific Air for all our HVAC needs.

Bud did a great job of trouble shooting our humidifier issue and getting the system up and running. He took the time to explain the problem and offered tips for future maintenance and operation. I found him to be very knowledgeable and personable. A good experience overall.

I run a Laundromat and it was time to clean the duct work to my commercial sized dryers Curtis was prompt and professional he went the extra mile to make sure my dryers were running at peak performance he work all day long on my 46 dryers and they are all working better then ever! I'll definitely be calling this company again in 6 months after the busy summer months to remove the lint build up again! Thanks!

We just moved into our new house and I sourced the HVAC business from the installed devices. Our scheduled Professional Bud Deshazo arrived onsite ontime as promised. He was on task as soon as he began the maintenance and was thorough with his inspection. He discovered a failing part and replaced it quickly. After completing the repair and maintenance, we have agreed to begin a scheduled maintenance Service with Pacific Air & Refrigeration LLC and request that Bud Deshazo continue to be our technician for our home. Very positive experience for us!
