After turning on my A/C & discovering it wasn't working. I called Trademark & they sent out someone the next day, the technician Casey K, inspected the hvac unit & returned the following day. He located the problem & had it repaired & running before noon. Very professional & courteous & efficient. Would definitely recommend this company.

While Alex (our technician) was a nice enough guy, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Trademark for your HVAC service needs. We lost our heat in the dead of winter….it just stopped working. The appointment was scheduled quickly, which we thought was great. Alex put a thermometer to the outside compressor and to the inside unit (not opening either) and then charged us $99 to tell us the system wasn’t working. He said another tech would have to come out to “properly diagnose” and tell us why. Then we never heard from them again. That was over two weeks ago. Clearly, Trademark is making money on worthless service calls. We contacted another HVAC company (repair completed) and recommend that you do too.

Technician, Isaac, was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was thorough in his work of running diagnostics on my heating system, and offered various suggestions and solutions regarding my situation. What I appreciated the most, is that he was not pushy or rude in any way, to corner me into any option. He has made a customer out of me for future needs that I may be facing. Isaac is a great asset to this company.

Cody was great!
We called Trademark to have a yearly inspection done on our heater. Cody arrived on time and was fully prepared for the job. He was thorough and found some safety issues on our furnace. He shared his findings with us and made sure we understood the issues. He was very patient with us and showed genuine concern for us as he answered all of our questions. Cody was knowledgeable, kind and considerate. He is definitely an asset to the company.
I hope future dealings with Trademark Mechanical and their representatives and employees are this good.

Joe completed an installation review/estimate for a ductless Heating and A/C unit (one outdoor unit and 2 indoor wall units). We agreed on equipment location for the 30,000 btu (2 1/2 ton) Heat Pump and indoor units. Conclusion: Joe is very knowledgeable, professional and personable.
As scheduled a month later Lee and Todd came with the HVAC components. When I saw how large the outdoor unit was, I suggested relocating the equipment away from the front of the house and also asked to relocate the indoor, bedroom unit on a different wall. Lee stated the relocation would not impact system efficiency but took photos and conferred with Trademark (I think Andy, the Manager). The relocation was approved and installation was completed efficiently and professionally. Lee is relatively new to Trademark, but he has 30 years experience with HVAC and his talent was quite obvious. The electrical work was sub-contracted to Rick's Electric, they did their job professionally as well. Andy returned after the work was complete and went through the operation of the new equipment remote controls with me. I'm very happy with the Mitsubishi ductless equipment and Trademark Mechanical for our home improvement and the competent sales/installation experience. Highly recommended!
Update June 28, '21 (100 degF day): We just used the A/C feature of our HVAC and found the indoor unit did not drain water correctly (backed up and I had to place a container under the unit to catch the drips). I called Trademark and told them of the issue but that it wasn't an emergency and just work me into their schedule. Andy thanked me but said he would send Jacob out immediately. Jacob corrected the problem to my satisfaction; problem resolved. Thank you Andy, Jacob and his assistant. By the way we love our ductless system, we haven't had weather this Hot since we moved here in 1992 (our house is 76 degF rather than 90+). Money well spent!

Trademark mechanical went to my mothers house to diagnose her furnace that was acting up, short cycling. The quote they returned to fix the problem was for a wall thermostat ($576.00), a capacitor ($372.00), and a flame sensor ($372.00), total quote for $1320.00!!
I purchased the thermostat for $23, the capacitor for $10, and the flame sensor for $7. Total of $40. Took me a half hour to install all three. I waited around another half hour to make sure the furnace was cycling properly so an hour total for labor charges. Absolute ridiculous rip off for a quote to a senior citizen on a fixed income to repair a furnace in January in North Idaho! They then had their salesman call her with a quote for over $6900 for a new furnace. I will never use this company again and recommend you don’t either!!!

Anytime you call for help with HVAC and someone actually answers the phone, that's good. When they say they will be there today, that's awesome ! I called Trademark, they sent Alex he showed up when he said he would and in a very short time diagnosed the problem. I'm not happy about having to buy a new furnace, but I'm very satisfied with Alex and Trademark.

The company I work for hired trademark mechanical to fix the same furnace three times. Each time it cost roughly $400 and they were never able to fix the problem. One called banner fuel and the problem is fixed for 150 bucks

Trademark installed two boilers and a slave water heater in our house on Schweitzer a little over a year ago. This winter, they stopped working. After calling the company we were told they do not service the products they installed, because many of their employees have gone to work for other companies. Another issue is that when they installed the system they did not activate the warrantee or inform us that we should. We have had the product serviced and been informed the brand is not the best. Pretty disappointing overall experience.

From the scheduling staff to the technician on site, everybody was polite, helpful and informative. The tech on site, Dan, was extremely clear and helpful in diagnosing the issue we were experiencing. Will definitely use their services again.
