Lake Creek Comfort

Loved working with John and his team. I had ordered a new wood burning furnace for our home before looking for an HVAC company to help with the install. I got turned down by easily a dozen contractors till I got a hold of John. He showed up when he said he would, his pricing was fair, and their work was excellent. John also worked with us to figure out a good backup heating system and we landed on a mini split system that has been perfect!

We needed to replace our heating stove. Called John and got his recommendation for a stove, got my brides pick for the color and ordered the stove. Stove is every thing we needed and perfect for our needs. Installation was perfect.

We used them for both gas line work and HVAC venting/ducting. Their work ethic was impressive, the staff guys were super friendly, and the owner is really knowledgeable. The quote was highly competitive and the work was exceptional (which can be rare with such great rates), and they were very careful to stick to the estimate. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Nearly impossible to find a Company that can do everything we wanted. We are rebuilding a 1934 ranch house from the bare studs out. Started with no heating system and John and Stephanie designed us a system that incorporarated a wood furnace, chimney, propane furnace, air conditioning, gas piping to everything, ductwork throughout the house that wasn't designed for it and even the vent fans throughout the house! They employ a great and professional crew that gave fantastic service at a fair price in the middle of nowhere on the St Joe River! Lake creek comfort did an amazing job installing my fireplace. The team was efficient and did a great job problem solving a tough installation . John went above and beyond my expectations. Service was done in a timely manner.The stove is beautiful with quality functions. I love it and and I am so happy that it turned out so well. I would highly recommend this company, as I did get other bids, and looked at other stoves, but his stoves surpassed the competition and John had the best service and answers for a difficult install .

John and crew were absolutely great. I had to have my furnace replaced after 30 years. I now have a new furnace that fit into the old spot and added an air conditioner to it. I could not be more happy. I was quoted a wonder price for all the work and they were here when they said they would be here. I HIGHLY recommend Lake Creek Comfort. We had a top notch experience with Lake Creek from initial contact to completion (AC installed). Reliable, very quick turn around between first appointment and installation, excellent pricing. John was great to work with and went the extra mile for us, always very friendly and courteous, and the day of installation both John and Bo were here punctually and had quite the task since our furnace is in the attic and it was not a cool day. We are enjoying our AC and highly recommend LCC!

Lake Creek's whole team is super responsive and friendly. We needed to replace a rooftop unit and they were available quickly and the job was done very well. They even replaced some old pipes and vents for us while they were at it. Additionally they went out of their way weeks later to provide us and the inspector with a ladder to get on the roof since he didn't have his own. Would definitely recommend them!
