There a switch and Bait. And they don't tell you the full price. I went in for a furnace Part they said they had to order it. it be next day. 3 Days later not the Exact part as i ask for and over 20.00 Dollars moor then they told Me. They said they would do store Credit. They don't Return money. its they way to Make sure. you have to deal with them. when are the Chances an individual will need almost 200.00 Dollars in part. I am not a company doing this for a living. and if you order a part they take your Credit Card number. And say if don't get it they charge you for restocking Fee. And the part they ordered is from different company. That you has person can order your self and save money. They don't tell you any of these till you get the Part. If a company ask for Your Card Number before they order the part RUN!!!! Go somewhere Els!!!!!!!! There a rip off
Not impressed. I called to discuss an issue I was having with bad parts. Gave them a part number, and they said they had it for me. I showed up, and tried to discuss my issue with them, but they started giving me advice before I even told my story. I try to tell my story, and they didn't appear to be interested. I won't work too hard to be heard, I'm smarter than that. Then they sold me a part that was not a replacement for what I needed. I have some advice for you guys.....LISTEN first. Try to at least appear to be helpful, even if it is fake. In today's world, you can't afford not to.
Being new to the field I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked into this business but the guys working were absolutely amazing! They helped me find everything I needed and did it with a smile it was a very good experience for me :)
