Youngren's, Inc. Heating & Cooling

My parents were customers of Youngren's for many years and were very happy with the service they received. Recently I requested spring checkup service for their house and was able to get an appointment while I was in town, which was much appreciated. Joe was very pleasant and efficient.

Several weeks later, the air conditioner had an issue and we had to request emergency service. I figured it would be late afternoon before someone would be able to come, but Matt was there before lunch. He was very thorough investigating the problem and we had air conditioning again in short order. The service charge was less than what I expected too. Thanks Youngren's!

Joe showed up, presumably for just an AC recharge. He found a few other small items which was more contributing to the incorrect operation of the unit. While it still took a pound of freon, it was a lot cheaper than anticipated.

Joe did a great job of walking me through everything he was doing as well.

I have used them for years. I have trusted them to always take care of my furnace, air conditioning and water heater. They explain in detail if there is an issue. They take care of it every time.

I just can’t thank these guys enough. What a night we had with our furnace broken down. I was worried about the kids even though they were bundled and I had electric heaters upstairs. I didn’t sleep though because I was worried about these heaters starting on fire. On top of it all, we are all getting over the flu. It’s never a good time for furnace issues in winter right?

My husband called this company and Tim called us back last night. He promised to call us in the morning to give us a time. He did just that. He sent a guy named Todd out. By the time I called my husband from my bed this morning asking if they got back to him he said, “He is already here and has fixed the problem.” Husband said Todd explained every single thing to him and was extremely professional. He offered good tips of using a different filter as well. He was incredibly knowledgeable and fixed our problem. He didn’t pressure for extra services but told my husband what needed to be done as far as cleaning and maintaining. He explained exactly what the problem was. Men in the trades are such a commodity…and I tell my sons this all the time.

The technician came out promptly, he was very pleasant and polite. He explained our options with no pressure, expertly performed the needed services, and gave us very good advice about filters. I really couldn't be happier with the service they provided. My furnace was ancient and holding up just enough for the remainder of the season, and they gave me an honest opinion about the status to be able to hold out a few more months. When it came time to take on the big expense of getting a new furnace I went with them, and they did a fantastic job. It works better than I could imagine and the quality of their work is extremely comforting. They didn't just replace it, they made everything right and really made it significantly better than the original setup. I'm quite happy and will continue to use them again for any HVAC I need in the future.

The technician, Todd, was very thorough. He explained everything he found and suggested solutions. We are very happy with the service. We have a new goto hvac company.

Cleaned out the dryer vent. Was on time and thoroughly cleaned up all of the lint and mess. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.
