Jonathon Ricca, his father Leon, and his employee Bryce are incredible. They have always taken phenomenal care of my ancient A/C and furnace, keeping them running long beyond their life. I had a new A/C and furnace installed today and I couldn’t be happier!! They were on time, knowledgeable, patient with my dogs, kind to me, incredibly fair priced, and super efficient! Bryce was very personable and loving to my dogs, which goes a long way with me! Jonathon was thorough and took his time explaining everything to us. Ricca is an honest business that you can trust. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!!

Our A/C unit stopped working on a hot day. Jonathan from Ricca responded instantly, scheduled a time to come take a look quickly, was on time, diagnosed the problem, replaced the parts and fixed it quickly.

He was incredibly friendly, kind and easy to work with. Our family will 100% be using Ricca Heating & Cooling for any future Heating/Cooling needs and would definitely recommend to anyone needing service done.

Jon is straightforward, honest, and reliable. We just purchased a new furnace and AC from him. He and his crew did a great job on the install. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to have him do the work on our house.

Jon and Bryson were excellent! They were able to install a new furnace, and replace our air conditioner with a Bosch heat pump all in one day! Plus put the heat pump in a better location outdoors.
Jon was very helpful in explaining how everything works, and gave me a walk-through tutorial on care of the new system. It was like working with a friend. Pricing was competitive with the larger HVAC companies, and had the advantage of a personal touch where the sales person is also the installer.

I can’t say enough great things about these guys. They are phenomenal!! Very responsive through email and call backs, even after hours. They do great work and have reasonable rates. Very punctual as far as arrival times. When work is being performed, they are effective, efficient and very professional. It’s all the little things that add up that make companies great like this one.

This family repaired our old furnace last year and got us another good year and now have installed our new furnace today. They did amazing. Highly recommend them for any repair.

Ricca heating and cooling showed up next day, listened to what I was looking for. Answered questions along the way. [Called other companies for quotes as well. The others didn't get back with me at all and the other company that did was much higher.] I asked John Ricca about duct cleaning and recommended Meinders Air Duct Cleaning. Ricca and Meinders were quick, reasonable, professional and good experience.

Had a new AC unit installed by Ricca's on 5/17/2023 and they did a great job. He is very knowledgeable and has very fair prices.
Furnace wasn't working during last weeks snow storm (February 2022). Ricca's came out and figured it out very quickly! Very knowledgeable and prices are very fair. I will definitely be using them for all of my future heating and cooling needs. Thank you again!
