Able Heating & Cooling Inc

I requested a quote to replace two water radiators to a larger size. I was told a technician must come out to measure the room/ radiators to provide accurate pricing. A tech from Perfect Home Services showed up and told me that they purchase Able and the appointment cost was $49. I kept asking for an estimate on labor and parts and was told that a manager will call me within 48 hours to provide a quote. After 48 hours I placed 3 follow up calls and 2 emails. Finally, I got a rough estimate 7 days after the initial tech visit $3K-$6K for the job!

We trusted Able. They got acquired by Perfect Home Services. Overall 3 stars. Inspection call back & original plumber satisfied code.

Over several years, our family has used Able Heating & Cooling for new furnace and a/c installs as well repairs. The team at Able has always been extremely responsive amd reliable. We highly recommend Able to our friends and family!

I'd rate zero stars if I could. A commercial size water heater was replaced in our apartment building, work was performed and paid for, but old water heater was never picked up as agreed to. I've been calling the offices for the last 11 months and leaving messages with the secretary or the answering service, promising that they'll pass along the message and someone will call me back. Why hasn't someone called me back? Business is based on referrals and I promise I will go out of my way to never refer Able Heating and Cooling to anyone and advise against using their service.

If the business operates the same way they drive their service vehicles, I would stay far far away. One of their employees tried to run me off the road multiple times. I’ll admit, I’m not one to normally to write reviews, but when one of their employees purposely slows down to veer me while giving the bird, I wouldn’t trust that same person to come inside my home.

My family has been working with Able Heating for numerous years and we are very satisfied with the services we receive. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!

Pete the owner is very knowledgeable in the craft. His HVAC tech that did the work was well mannered and conscientious. Detailed and knew his stuff.

Pete, from able came out, took pictures and measurements and said he'd get back to me. I called a week later, and was told he was still working on it. I never heard back. I was terribly disappointed.

Temp outside,-14.Grandchild in the house,furnace goes out.I called Able and my call was returned within 20 minutes.Their tech,George,was at my house within 45 minutes,and the problem was resolved.These guys are the best and George is a rock star.

They are knowledgeable, understanding and get the job done as needed. They act with a sense of urgency when calling for emergencies as well. Thanks Able.
