After scheduling weeks in advance, Jesse called 30 min. before my appointment and left a voicemail asking to reschedule, then gave my time slot away without ever talking to me. When I called asking why they were late, the rep. told me she assumed I had forgotten about my appointment because I "did not call back fast enough." She did not take responsibility for cancelling my appointment and blamed me for not answering their call. I was not offered any meaningful accommodation for the mistake, even after telling her I had taken off work and had been at home waiting the whole time.
2 stars because I had a good initial appointment with them, but will not be using again.
From the first phone call looking for help with my fireplace, everyone I spoke to was professional and so kind. They set clear expectations and when the needed parts came in they were quick to get me on the schedule. The young man that came to my home was professional, kind, and friendly. He did a great job quickly. The price was completely reasonable as well. We are new to the area and will be calling on this company for all our HVAC and firplace needs!

Great customer service. Came out same day when they said they would. Replied to me quickly. Had them come out because my Inducer blower motor was out. I told them that was the issue on the phone and yet they still charged me the $90 diagnostic fee, but that is understandable. Biggest reason I called them was I knew I wouldn’t be able to get the part I needed to fix it same day. And this is where I have my only issue. Looking online, OEM parts ranged from $100-$200. With one or two sites quoting around $300 for a kit that includes gaskets and the likes. Jesse was nice enough to sell me the part alone unlike other service providers or supply stores where you have to be a contractor to buy from them. However, they quoted me more than 3x the amount just for the part. Now I can’t confirm what their cost on the part is but it very much feels like they know I can’t get the part easily so they are taking advantage of my situation or anyone else’s. I don’t think they are just targeting me and probably have the same pricing for all but it does come across as a bit shady.
To sum up… if you feel comfortable repairing yourself then go that route. If not then I would recommend them.
As always, Jesse's office staff was friendly and helpful and the repairman was very nice, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the problem with our furnace and the solution. We continue to be one of Jesse's grateful long-term customers and highly recommend their services.
Speedy response when we called as I was concerned for our safety regarding an older gas fire place. Tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative in regards to all questions and concerns. Did not try to solicit, just good honest answers of the best direction. Great service so far, hopeful that the estimator and install crew will be just as great!

Right before the holidays our furnace decided to turn belly-up, and that when the temperatures were about to drop to negative F. We are grateful to Kevin from Jesse for a super fast and professional repair of the issue. Merry Christmas to all at Jesse, we're lucky to have you.
Jesse Heating provided a replacement gas fireplace in my home. I visited their showroom to select a model and made an appointment for installation. Throughout, communication has been outstanding -- people answer phones, are where they say they'll be, answer questions thoroughly, provide a lot of information, are friendly and encouraging and honest. I was charmed by conversations with each contact -- this is a business where people enjoy what they do, know their stuff, and like to explain it. Even Wit the cat. Now thoroughly enjoying my fireplace.
