Guardian Heating & Cooling Service

We researched our HVAC decision carefully. The quality of installation was important to us. The work done by Chris, Martin, Eric and Ray was excellent and detailed. They were extra careful with the work, the detailed installation, and l our floors. I would ask them to install anything for us! Also, Jasper, the representative who came to our house, was detailed in his explanation as well as attentive to our needs and the requirements of our condo. We are happy with Guardian!

We used Guardian to come and take a look at our system after we had a slight leak from the vent in our bathroom.

Nelson came much earlier than expected (which was great), and was diligent and through with his assessment of our unit. He carefully explained the issues and how we should approach fixing and monitoring our system and I felt confident about our situation after he left.

I would certainly use Guardian again and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to a friend.

My air conditioner was not cooling properly so I contacted Guardian and they were out in 2 days to repair my air conditioner. My technician, Nelson, inspected my A/C unit, diagnosed the issue and made the repair quickly. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Guardian for your A/C and heating needs.

Jasper Pitrello was extremely professional, patient, and helpful for us with the installation of a new mini split AC system. He even took time to diagnose the issue with our current system and estimate repair. He gave us a very positive, low pressure experience that we appreciated very much. This is our second experience with Guardian and we've been very impressed and would recommend them and Jasper to anyone.

Guardian came the same day I called to set up a repair appointment. Nelson, accompanied by apprentice JR, was professional and courteous. He explained the problem and the cause of the short cycling of my furnace, then discussed other services he thought I should be aware of, such as correcting the faulty installation of my hot water heater by a previous contractor. He also encouraged me to have Guardian do an annual inspection of by heating/cool systems. I was pleased with the service and the cost------just by basic service call price of $89!

We are very pleased with Sergio's great customer service, knowledgeable, and professional service he provided while fixing our heating furnace issue. He explained what the problem was and what our options were. He went out of his way to thoroughly checked his work before leaving to make sure that our furnace issue was resolved. We will definitely ask for Sergio again should we have any more problems in the future. Nowadays, its hard to find an honest person that cares about his work and his customer. Have had terrific experiences working with Guardian. They have been prompt and professional in all of my interactions, and I have been a highly satisfied member of their preventative maintenance subscription plan. Feel compelled to write specifically after one of their technicians, Peter, came to assess some potential moisture/condensation concerns and was able to identify the problem (ultimately non-HVAC related) and help map out steps toward a solution - really going above and beyond to help me solve my problem. Highly recommend their services.

Guarding did a tankless install in our house, and we have very positive experience with them.
From initial consultation where I got all the information we needed to make the call. Guys showed on time and started working right away and it took them whole day to make everything work. In the end they cleaned after themselves and you know, for guys they did a fantastic job.
We have hot water, teenagers are clean, we don't have to wait on each other. It wasn't cheap but it was totally worth it. Our neighbours are impressed.
I would recommend them easily, from the start to the end they made everything easy for us, there were no surprises, we got what we need fairly quickly.
