Thay are closed on Christmas but they say on Google map thay r open that's wrong

Incompetent staff. No customer service skills. You may be knowledgeable but if you have no customer service skills and don't know how to speak professional to a potential client, you should not be allowed to represent a company behind a sales desk. You're not in the refrigeration business, you're in the customer service business. I wouldn't go back here, I can get treated better and receive better prices at Munch's or something else down the street.

I called to see if they carried a part I was looking for, but all I got was a bad attitude. I feel the person I spoke with shouldn’t have contact with the public. I drove past them to make my purchase, and drove past them to get home, but I will never try to buy anything from them.

They won't provide you with any information or assistance if you don't have an EPA certification. If you maintain your own property, save a trip and buy online with a different company. If you're EPA certified, ignore this review because I'm not part of the club.

Rude guy , I'm not perfect but you need some customer service and training .
I just want to make business , if you don't sell it to public ok I understand but TREAT PEOPLE WITH COURTESY !!!! .

They have plenty of parts and some good employees. They do not offer refunds even with receipt

I love the guys there in columbus ave. Cesar, Ruben, George are awesome. They always have great service.

Some of these guys need a serious customer service training if they want to stay in business. Unfortunately, for the customer, there are not many alternatives in the area
