They can't show up on time. They got us signed up for their annual service plan for 99 and couldn't make the first appointment. Very poor service and attitude from staff when we called. Look somewhere else for service and don't bother with their annual service plan.

Joe was punctual, did a great job on both of our systems, and was extremely careful to clean up as he went along with the necessary preventive maintenance inspections and cleaning. I would recommend Nautilus Heating and Cooling firm to anyone who has heating and air conditioning problems.

The technician was fantastic. Very polite, professional and he delivered great service. He took his time to thoroughly troubleshoot my AC issue and tested many things to make sure the issue was accurately identified and that nothing else might cause problems later. He adhered to safety protocols and wore a mask. Very friendly and even provided me with tips for energy efficiency and to prolong the life of my unit. I appreciate his commitment to his work. Meeting their agent for the quote went well.Scheduling was fast and easy.The installers showed up early on the day of installation. They did an excellent job at installing two new furnaces and an entire A/C system and took time to clean up any mess.They were clearly experienced and most helpful. Excellent service! When our old compressor failed, Nautilus Heating and Cooling was our first and only phone call!! We had the pleasure of working with the senior technician. He thoroughly looked at our equipment and vents and noted what he thought might be the problem. He worked on it and solved the problem within an hour. He is highly recommended.

Nautilus Heating and Cooling installed a new furnace about 7 months ago, and we've had very thorough check-ups with them since. During a recent cold snap, when the interior house temperature got way down in the 60s, we called them for service, and they came out, on a Saturday morning, and got it working very quickly. Excellent, competent, fast service.
