My wife and I came home on a Sunday evening to find our furnace wasn't working; we left a message for Builders Heating and Brian called back that night and talked us through a few things to see if there was a quick fix; there wasn't, because our furnace was 27 years old. They came out Monday, looked everything over and gave us the repair option and the replacement option, with very competitive prices for both. We went with repair option, the new furnace was installed Tuesday, as promised, very professionally. My wife and I are both extremely happy we went with Builders Heating.

Builders installed all of my heating and cooling when we built our house 7 years ago. Since then, I have used them for seasonal maintenance and any issues that may have arisen (very few). They are incredibly professional, kind and responsive. They have gone above and beyond and continue to do so. I highly recommend builders heating and cooling.

Gary did an outstanding Job fixing our stove ventilation system! Hadn’t worked it years and now we can cook without the smoke alarms going off. He was knowledgeable and professional. ThAnks again Gary.

My heat went out and could not have asked for better service. Gary and Alex installed a new blower and flitter. They knew exactly what was wrong and best of all had the parts in the truck including a new filter. I had the wrong size and type of fliter so they were great at explaining what I needed in the future and when to change it. They were polite, professional,neat and got the job done! My air conditioner wasn’t working. There was no cold air coming out of my vents. I called Builders Heating and Cooling and that same day they sent out their service man to repair my unit. The repair took less than an hour. My unit just needed a minor repair. Reasonably priced, prompt, courteous and professional. Highly recommend!!

Quick and efficient. Furnace update was clear and comprehensive. Serviceman was great with my big dog and kind with me. We’ve had him before; it was nice to see a familiar face.

Call with a no heat situation.. the person in the office was compassionate and understanding. A technician showed up that afternoon and fixed my furnace. Outstanding office personel and technician. Will be using Buiders Heating for all my hvac maintenance and repairs.
