I love the sense of urgency that Rousculp’s took to resolve my AC issue. I found Jeff to be professional, knowledgeable and very personable. He came to my home, quickly assessed my situation and provided me pricing up front before he began working. I’m sure Jeff fixes AC units daily but he made me feel as if I mattered and wasn’t just another paying customer. Job well done!

Best company I have ever worked with. Fast response, when technician installed parts and then said we would have to replace. The original came back to double check if he could get to work. The next day then did installation. Such a great company I would and will recommend them. I will certainly use them if the need arises. And for annual checks.

Jeff has been our regular service tech for many years. He's always friendly, courteous, thorough and knowledgeable in all his work for us.

Showed up on time and told me what was wrong. My unit is old but he didn't try to upsell me. Fixed it on the spot and was in and out in less than an hour. Would recommend them anytime.

I called for an appointment and they were able to come out the same day. Todd was extremely pleasant and made sure he showed me what was wrong and how it was going to be corrected. He also told me of preventive maintenance for my furnace.

I’ve been a customer of Rousculp’s for over 17 years, since 2005. They always do great work and have been extremely responsive when I’ve called with emergencies. I had them replace my furnace and air conditioner in November 2022 and have been happy with the new equipment and clean installation. The crew is always respectful and competent. I never hesitate to trust them with my HVAC needs. I’ll continue to be a customer.
