Winter- busy time of the year. Had repairman John J at my house within hours of my call. Came in and gave me an estimate of what it would cost to repair my furnace, then went to Peoria for the part. Once returned, he had it fixed and was out the door in 30 minutes.
Final bill was less than estimate.
