I had a tough time finding a contractor willing to do my installation. It's a very tight fit. One contractor wanted me to relocate the water heater. Tom from Climate Control Services came out and said no problem, I can make it work. I had a detailed quote in hand within two hours with several options to choose from. Scheduled the install for the following week. The techs were on time, knowledgeable and did a great job including cleaning up after themselves. They also gave me a quick walk through of the new system before leaving. Thanks Tom and the folks and Climate Controls Systems for the great work!

We had a great experience with Climate Control Services and would highly recommend them to anyone! Quick online quote. Tom came out for some quick measurements and was very knowledgeable. Reagan and Chris came out 2 days later for a full furnace replacement and ac installation. Quick, prompt, efficient, clean. Great work. Great team!

CCS installed a new furnace, air filter, heat pump, and water heater, plus a smart thermostat that's pretty cool. Their guys (Chris and Reagan) were friendly and never hesitated to answer my questions, and were obviously knowledgeable and experienced and took the time to do things right the first time. My furnace room is so much cleaner in terms of piping, etc, than it used to be. They fully tested all modes of operation and gave us a tutorial on the thermostat, answering all our questions, and completely cleaned up before considering the job complete.
Tom, who was our initial contact, was the only heating contractor to actually measure our windows, attic insulation, wall thickness, and square feet and do the proper calculations to determine our heating load - all the others merely estimated it from the square feet.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing their services or technical expertise.

Climate Control Services installed a new American Standard furnace at our home today. On the sales side, Tom sold us the products we wanted, and helped us get the rebates, etc to make it more affordable.
The installers did a nice job, making sure every piece of the old unit was taken away in their van. The new furnacce is sized properly for our home (the old one wasn't), and runs much quieter than the old one.
We are delighted with the service we received from this local company, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with their heading and cooling needs.

Chris,Reagan and Danny showed up around 8:30. Right away putting tarps and taking care of our home as it was theirs. All 3 had a job and all worked well together to get our old system out and new in by 1:30. All went smooth as clock work. House was warm again by the time they cleaned up and left. Great team and company to do business with. Tom came out before to look over job before any work started to make sure what needed to be done (redone) to insure a professional install. Danny is extremely professional, capable and honest. He serviced both of our systems; the old Carrier system took some time and Danny was very thorough, telling us what might go wrong in the future and giving us options. Thank you for having such a good company with reliable, talented technicians! I wouldn’t consider purchasing the future American Standard replacement for the Carrier AC from any other company!

AC unit wasn't starting up properly. Tom was able to send someone
out in 24hrs. Ryan explained my options & was able to replace a couple parts, had it running within 30 minutes. I will always call Climate Control

Prior to scheduled installation of new furnace, the old furnace had to be turned off for two days and outside temperature was very low. Immediately 4 space heaters were provided. Chris and Reagan arrived for installation on time and the installation job was completed as promised. Extremely satisfied with the new furnace installed professionally.

Chris arrived within a half hour of my call; he was knowledgeable and very professional. Answered all my questions and was so patient. We called they diagnosed, ordered the part and installed it as promised. Very friendly and professional service people.
I called for a repeat problem and Danny came the same day, figured a solution, installed 2 new thermostats, rechecked the system and we are up and running again.
