My wife and I had our furnace and a/c replaced by AirTech. Niko and his crew did a wonderful job. The project was finished in 2 days, instead of 3, as originally anticipated. Niko did a great job of explaining how everything worked. He also went above and beyond to put everything back in the same place as when he started the job, which was quite a task because he had to remove 2 heavy doors and a stackable washer and dryer. We are also very pleased at how little mess was created during this project which required a section of our ceiling to be removed to access our furnace. Our furnace works great and we recommend AirTech to anyone looking for HVAC work.

Technician named Bader came out on Thursday via our Home Warranty company. Bader relayed the repair information on what needs to be repaired on the air conditioner. Later in the day I went to turn off the air conditioner only to find out that the faceplate wasn't reinstalled correctly and that the knob was broken off. My air conditioner is in worse condition that before having the tech out.

I've used Airtech for about 20 years (except for one time which turned into a disaster with another company). I am always pleased with Airtech's service and how the technicians are so knowledgeable and explains exactly what the issue is. They are always prompt and the ladies in the office are excellent as well. Needless to say I ONLY use Airtech for all of my furnace/central air needs.

Scheduled appt for service. Tech was on time. Thought my system was ok. Paid way too much with all the fees. Couple days go by i turn on the system NO HEAT. Called back again for another tech and with all the money i spent i was still charged another fee of $95 just to come out and fix what should have been fixed. Which should have been waived. I’m highly upset!!!

I had a great old 1978 furnace that was in great condition. It started to not cycle correctly and I walked into their shop expecting the same reply I got from every HVAC shop in the Elmhurst area, “get a new high efficiency furnace “. So, I explained the part I needed and the owner went in back, came out with the part. Amazing! After I installed it, it still didn’t cycle correctly. Airtech came out to trouble shoot and found multiple failures. After all the options were explored, I purchased a new furnace and humidifier. They completely earned my business and loyalty. One year later, the furnace is running awesome. I would absolutely recommend Airtech for repairs, replacement and preventative maintenance.

I am so very happy I chose Airtech to install my new furnace, thermostat, and AC! From the time of my first call to the completion of the job this afternoon everyone has been extremely professional, polite, and helpful. The work they did was thorough, neat, and attention to detail was maintained. After they were all done they cleaned up everything very nicely. Niko set up and customized my new thermostat for me. He also spent about 30 minutes explaining all the features the thermostat has to offer and showed me how to use it. With the install I am to receive several rebates requiring filling out forms with serial numbers, model numbers etc. Danny told me not to worry he is going to fill out all the rebates for me and send them in. Who does that? WOW WOW WOW!!!! Who likes filling out those rebates anyway right? A Great Big Thank You Danny and Niko!!!
If thats not amazing enough, I have a 10 year full replacement on my air conditioner if anything goes wrong, 10 year free parts if anything goes wrong with my furnace, and Airtech gave me a 10 year free labor warranty.
