I’ve worked with Beckman Bros. for a few years and I’ve always had a great experience, they’re the best! The time came where I needed a new AC and Furnace. Brian came out for an estimate and explained everything. He was very knowledgeable and gave me the best options for my multi-level townhome. Kyle and Martin were a great install team – they were very respectful in my home and left it very clean. I love my new Bryant furnace and I can’t wait to use my new air conditioner in the summer!

This company is so nice and professional. I truly was glad I hired them. They explained everything to me and NO HIDDEN COSTS. . Cleaned up real nice after work. Thank you Beckman brothers. We have always had a great experience with Beckman Bros! They provide great and reliable service, at a reasonable cost that you can trust. With the crazy heat this week, the fan in our AC went out and they were able to fit us in the same day for service. When the AC/fan was delayed in turning over, I called after hours to leave a message so I could get it resolved first thing in the am. Not only did I never expect the owner to call me after hours and talk me through what to do/expect….but he went above and beyond and stopped by at 8:30p to triple check and get everything going for us. This will always be our go to company. Thank you for everything!

July 4th weekend our AC quit after 30 years! Beckman Brothers had the best quality/price from any of the other Grayslake businesses. John, Christy, Brian and Larry were all very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Installation wait time was not long as it was done on a Saturday. We received excellent service from this family owned business. We'll soon be needing a new humidifier and furnace tune-up and hope to be using Beckman Brothers again!

Beckman Bros has been our heating and AC maintenance service for 12 years. They also have replaced both units and did a fantastic job, giving us options that were thoroughly explained. They always answer all of our questions, and leave detailed description of the work they did when in our home.

Our furnace was well over 15yrs old, had major electrical issues, and the blower motor was on its death bed. I spent a good amount of time going down the ol’ google-hole about furnaces, furnace prices, could I fix it myself, and finding someone actually properly educated and certified to fix them.
My Googling came to an end when the blower finally crapped out. I called Beckman Bros who had pretty solid reviews and were local (big plus, support local.) I was pretty surprised at the cheery helpfulness on the phone as I was 100% expecting a verbal eye roll and a visit date of two to three weeks from the date of calling as I had with some roofing companies (another review for another day.)
The technician said they’d call right back to try to move their schedule to come out asap and he was able to. He showed me the blower motor and I explained about the electrical issues and we both decided on a new furnace. He got back to me with the quotes from top end to low end, explained everything including rebates, and got us scheduled for that week. Let’s just say I was incredibly happy with the quoted prices.
The installation hours were built right into the price with zero hidden fees (which I kept reading about from other companies) plus they even credited the service call cost to the cost of the furnace install. We also got an very modern new thermostat out of the deal.
Everything about a dying furnace sucks but I could not recommend this company enough help you through all of it. Stop looking, you’ve found your technicians.

I have used Beckman for service and/or replacement of three heating and AC units over the last 11 years. Service has always been excellent. They come when they say and complete the job for a reasonable price.
