I called the contractor who installed it and am still waiting for them to call me back. I found Duffy's Heating & Air Conditioning and they were here in an hour! Len fixed the AC, it's beautifully cool inside now and I will use Duffy's Heating & Air Conditioning from now on for any HVAC issues. Thank you so much for such prompt and professional service.

We had no cool air due to a broken compressor. On Friday morning, I called Duffy's Heating & Air Conditioning firm and was informed that someone could be gone till early afternoon. When Andy arrived on schedule, he immediately started investigating the issue. Andy answered all of my questions and was very kind, affable, and informed. Very pleased with with the cost of repair and will use this firm in the future.

Problem with my air conditioning unit and I called them up. They came out the same day and fixed it for me. It was so nice of them to come out on their day off and help me out, even though they had no obligation to do so. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

Great experience! The technician came and installed my new furnace/ac unit within a very short time. My house is very tight, insulated and hot. The old unit was very old and really needed to be replaced. He came in, did the job with excellence and it’s so cool in here now. Thanks to Duffy's Heating & Air Conditioning!!!

Our very old AC gave up on us two weeks ago. After doing some research online we found Duffy's Heating & Air Conditioning, reached out and a technician came out the next day. The lead tech was great and so was the installation crew that came to our home. Exceptional company and service! Keep it up!

Called them for a heater that wouldn't kick on. They came in the window provided. Called when they where in there way. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable about out 20 year old furnace. He found our port off inducer was blocked and was able to drill it out. He was in and out in no time. The furnace is working great. We appreciate the great service and not trying to increase the bill with unnecessary costs! Definitely recommend and will use Duffy's Heating & Air Conditioning again .

Very unhappy with the unprofessional conduct of the technician. My furnace was under performing and after their visit I was told they could do a $2500 repair (that would take 2 months) or install a new furnace for over $7000. They called back daily urging me to purchase a new furnace. I checked the price of these furnaces and even a high end model costs $2400, so I am being charged $5000 for installation? After the technician left my furnace was performing even worse and would not ignite. I obtained two other second opinions and both stated that I Do NOT need a new furnace and offered an alternative solution. They also found that a wire had been unplugged and plugging it back in allowed the furnace to ignite and heat the home. This was sabotage. I have dealt with tradesman asking me to make thousands of dollars of repairs before when someone else fixes it for a few hundred dollars, but never have i encountered someone actually sabotaging my equipment causing the furnace to not work in an effort to secretly urge me into buying a new furnace before my home froze. I also have two young children in the home. Such behavior should result in loss of licensure.

Absolutely no way I would ever choose someone else for my AC work. Ron had a technician come out the first day and then He himself came the second day. Very knowledgeable and very professional. My AC works perfectly and I couldn’t be more thankful!! Duffy's will always have my business and Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

I called Duffy's Heating & Air Conditioning because my air conditioning unit and furnace needed to be replaced. I called them and they were able to come on the same day to assess my unit. Mark came a few days later and did an excellent job. I certainly recommend them highly!!
