I will say this I have been a loyal customer with Lockwood since the building of my home in 2004 and I will continue being such because of technicians like Matt who visited me on 6/23/23. He provided me with so much information regarding our current air conditioning unit that i am considering replacing both the furnace and air conditioning units. He was extremely professional and friendly and explained to me everything he was doing and how to get my units replaced. I really enjoyed his visit. I told him that all the information he provided he sold me on looking at getting my units replaced immediately. Thanks for sending him to my home what a really nice young man.

We have used Lockwood since building our home in 1991. We just had our 27 yr old furnace and Aprilaire humidifier done and also our A.C. unit that was the original unit replaced in our house. I called on a Sunday to schedule service for a Monday and spoke with their answering service. The service told me they would call me first thing Monday morning to schedule an actual appointment. Monday morning, shortly after Lockwood opened they called to schedule. They were very accommodating for my schedule and gave me a window that they would be there. Before my technician arrived I received a call that Jeff was on his way. Jeff arrived and was so great! He walked me through everything he was doing and answered any and all questions I had about the process and what all the parts actually did. Jeff had a bit of a struggle to figure out what was wrong between my non-working thermostat, AC Unit and furnace. But he was able to figure it out and get me up and running in about two hours. Jeff was the absolute best!

Jeff did a great job getting the AC working again. He's knowledgeable about the system and solves problems efficiently, while maintaining a friendly, professional attitude! Lockwood Furnace Company responded with same-day repairs. Thanks to Lockwood and Jeff, I am a happy customer! After my initial call this morning, Katie called back for more information, then also called when Jeff was en route. Great service!

They usually come out twice a year, fall for furnace and early summer for AC. This is the first time a service tech actually took the panels off the AC unit outside and cleaned it. Although he didn’t have to do it I very much appreciated his time and advice!
We have cottonwood trees in the area and the unit was filled with cotton! Thanks to Matt it is all clean and looks brand new! Super great guy, thanks again Matt!

Jeff was the technician that serviced my two air-conditioning units, he was very professional- on time-and courteous. He fixed my upstairs unit that was found to have a wiring issue. I highly recommend Lockwood Furnace Company for all your heating and air conditioning needs!

Jeff was our tech that came to visit. Very professional. Explained everything in detail. Even though he got caught up on another install, they called right a way. My original furnace was beginning to exhibit its age (22 years) so I knew it was time to update the system. I gave Lockwood Furnace a call and Bob came out a few days later to look over my current system (which was originally installed by Lockwood when the home was built) and give me a quote on a new heating and AC unit install. He answered all of my questions and explained the installation process. I had a quote emailed to me by the end of the day. After review, I emailed back that I wanted to go ahead and schedule an install appointment.
The office called back and told me it would be a 1.5-2 day install. We set up the dates.
The installers, Andy and Terrence, arrived on time. Andy explained that they would finish the furnace install first and come back the next day to finish up with the AC install and tie up any loose ends. After everything was installed and checked, Andy took me through the new furnace features, explained how to set the humidity level, change the filters, and program the new thermostat.
From start to finish, everyone I dealt with has been professional and courteous. The install crew cleaned up their work area and let me know that I would be contacted in the Spring for someone to come out and calibrate the AC system properly.
My new system has been installed for only a week but I can already feel the difference throughout the house.

My technician was Matt. He fixed the problem with my outside unit in under 30 minutes. Even after the issue was resolved he noticed the unit was really dirty and gave it a thorough spray down and cleaning. Great guy! Great service!
