They always have the parts I need. Very helpful over and courteous. Been going there for years and will continue 😁

The guy that works the counter has absolutely no business being in a customer contact position, at all!!!
After I complete this review I will continue searching for somewhere else to take my business.
As a landlord of multiple rental homes in the Joliet area I expect more from my proveyors and contractors. This single individual has turned me off doing any future business with Sundburg

Needed a replacement thermal fuse for my dryer. I called to make sure they had it, and they had one for me at the counter when I got there. Super quick and easy. Thank you!

The guy working at the counter has a serious attitude problem I wouldn't recommend this place at all

I'm a novice and new homeowner. My washer suddenly was not spinning the clothes to damp-dry, but I could hear the motor turning.
I went here at the suggestion of a knowledgeable friend. I brought in the exact model number and told Tony about my problem. He pulled a simple coupler from the shelf and gave me some quick instructions on where it needs to go.
I fixed my washer for less than $20 thanks to this place. They seem extremely knowing of their products and were exactly what I needed. I'll be back when my other appliances break.

Employee's show no respect and don't value their customers. They wanted to charge roughly 130% for parts compared from the original manufacturer itself. I found the parts on Amazon for nearly half the price. If you're not a contractor, I highly recommend not wasting your time and money here.

They had everything I needed on site when nobody else did to replace a drum bearing and felt strip on my G.E. dryer. Tony Donato the manager was extremely helpful. He even knew how to install the part I was replacing and gave me useful tips and tricks. Sundberg is the only place I'll go to from now on for replacement appliance parts

Needed to buy pump for my Westinghouse washing machine that stopped working. They charged me $120 for new pump, seemed expensive but thought I have to have it so I bought it. Went to car and looked up on amazon to find the same new pump for $20 free shipping from numerous sites..... brand new pump not a rebuild!!!! I went back in store and asked them if they price match and they said no, no returns and amazon sells used parts. I showed they the pump was brand new from amazon from GE and they kept arguing the parts on amazon are used. I have bought several things from this store and try to support the local stores but will never buy anything from them again!!!!! Very disappointed

This place was great. I had to repair a washer, and I went in to buy a new coupler. I replaced the coupler, but still broken. Being a novice, I didnt have much of an idea as to what I was doing, but I youtubed and thought it was the lid switch. I took that off and went in to Sundberg again. Tony remembered me from the day before, and asked if he could test the lid switch. He did, and it was working fine, which saved me $40 right there. He then asked what was going on, and gave me a few other ways to troubleshoot the washer. He said to check the pump because sometimes baby socks and other things get stuck in it. Sure enough, baby sock. I would recommend this place to anyone who might need appliance parts. Extremely helpful and fantastic customer service. 5 stars easily!

My dryer completely stopped working. By the time a repair person comes out, the cost would be that of a new dryer. My husband figured we would just buy one. Well, I begged to differ. I have seen too many shows on how to fix things yourself. After taking the dryer completely apart and watching several YouTube videos, on how to fix a dryer, we figured it was a thermal fuse (amateurs). Went to Home Depot in Joliet, we were told to call Sundberg, they will have what we needed or order it right away. I called, spoke with Jake@Sundberg. From the time I called to my arrival, Jake & Tony were the best!! They told me exactly what the issue was. It wasn't the thermal fuse. I was told it was the timer. I bought the knob for the timer $9.70. They saved us repair or the cost of a new dryer ($$). Because we took the dryer apart I noticed A LOT of lint. I was not aware how much had accumulated over the years. I thought just cleaning the screen and vacuuming it out ever so often was effective. NOPE.. After speaking with Tony@Sundberg, that much lint causes dryer fires and cleaning it will allow your dryer to last much longer. I will be thoroughly cleaning my dryer going forward. Thanks Tony & Jake! Your knowledge and expertise is on point!
