From beginning to end, this was a great experience. Kai had a difficult job here and took a “stop at nothing” attitude and persevered through intelligence, experience and hard work. This is an old school approach that I have not seen in recent years. I will recommend this man and his company to everyone I know.

My split level house is always colder in a lower level during heating season and too warm upstairs over summer time. Kai installed zoning system that works great. now i have 3 thermostats and can set desired temperature in master bedroom, lower level and living room. Great guy to deal with.

Kai installed two ductless air systems in Linciln Par for me. Was hassle-free. Kai kept me in the know throughout the whole process. Even worked around some misinformation I provided. Plan on calling Kai for my next job.

Our AC was not cooling. I reached out to many HVAC services and they said its expensive to fix a leak and better to get it replaced. I almost paid 4400 for new AC. But decided to reach out to someone from FB..I messaged Kai and he help me do some troubleshooting. He had me replace the Filter and and my AC started working right away..he could have easily come and charge me 100s of dollars to fix it. anyone looking to get their HVAC repaired ir replaced should definitely reached out to him for an honest estimate or opinion. Will definitely use him going forward...

Please don’t waste your money or time, if you want to feel robbed then go for it, I’m honestly surprised at the ratings. The whole situation with this contractor has been a nightmare. My warranty company sent him out, even though he took $60 diagnosis fee and the warranty company said they’ll accept the claim he didn’t want to take the job because it was not enough money; so we told him we’ll pay him whatever he needs and to just come fix the issue. He came out and the “fixed” the heater, which worked for one day. I texted him telling him the heat stopped working, he came out within that hour, which at the moment I thought was very “professional” and “kind” of him, until he tells me he wants to get paid for the service, not one time did he mention this on the phone and if he did you the job correctly the first time I wouldn’t have needed him to come out again to begin with. He tells it’s my thermostat that is not working and since he called the warranty company he wanted to charge me $150 for two hours of labor. When I refused to pay him he wanted to go down and take out whatever it was that he installed initially (we paid him $460) so I had to threaten to call the cops. He instead went back up and unplugged and unwired anything he did with the thermostat. Moral of the story don’t get this guy unless you want him to mess up your wiring and then expect you to pay for it when you want him to fix it.

Great experience with Kai. Prompt response and great service. Will definitely use again when needed.
