Our 18yr old a/c compressor went out and we decided to get a new a/c and furnace instead of getting it repaired because of the age. I reached out on a few community sites for recommendations and decided to get estimates from a few. Although every company I chose had good reviews and were responsive, Mark the owner of London stood out. He is the one who answered the call for the estimate and he was the was one who answered all of my questions when he came out, not a salesman. He never tried to upsell me on a more expensive product or warranty. He backs the product he sells with one of the best warrantys out there and his prices couldn't be beat. Working with Mark was a great experience. A/C went out on me in the middle of summer and we had our one month old at home. Mark took my phone call on a Sunday and asked me to send a few pictures of my A/C unit and furnace to him. Responded the next day with his partner and had my new A/C unit and furnace up and running in a couple of hours. Left a message for Mark late in the evening on a holiday, asked him to return a call in the morning. When I awoke, there was a voicemail from him already. Got a hold of him and he said he would be over between four and 430 in the afternoon. He arrived at my door at 4:15 PM. On a 90° plus day my air conditioning would not start. Mark proceeded to open the unit up and instructed me to go upstairs and turn the thermostat to a certain position. By the time I got back down the stairs, he explained the problem to me and had it running. He could’ve easily told me that I needed a new unit or some other story. But he did not, very honest very reliable and very straightforward business owner. I would recommend him to any and everybody. Thank you Mark for an honest job well done. You will be my first contact for any of my HVAC needs.

We called Mark at a recommendation from a friend. So glad we did. He was responsive, knowledgeable and fair. He gave us different options in units and came when he said he would to replace our 30 yr old furnace and ac unit. What a great company to work with! After getting some other estimates, I called Mark. He quoted the HVAC system replacement at a more reasonable cost and did the installation around my schedule. He answered my questions about the best unit for my home and the install was quick. He also replaced my thermostat and ran a gas line to my garage for a unit out there. I would definitely recommend London to others.

Had an issue with my furnace. Mark came by less than 2 hours after I called. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he had the furnace working again right away. I will definitely call again for future HVAC needs.

I called London because my AC unit was making a loud noise upon starting. They came out next day and were very helpful even though they didn’t need to do any work. They Gave me great ideas and tips on how to reduce some of the noise the compressor was making through the pipes and they didn’t even charge me for the service call!! I couldn’t give any higher recommendations if I could give 10 stars I would.
