Mattex plumber Oscar Rardin installed a new hot water heater in our house. He did a professional job and was very thorough . I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any plumbing work in the future. An excellent contractor with highly skilled people.

Me and my husband appreciate the fine work and friendliness of the repairmen that come to our home. They are very polite and knowledgeable in what they do. We use Mattex for all our heating, cooling, pluming, electrical services. This includes HVAC, water heater, duct work, whole house generator and whole house dehumidifier. They are professional and on-the-ball. The service personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. We started using them when we moved into our new home and are very happy ever since.

I had a technician come out and investigate what was going on with my AC. He toldl me exactly what was wrong, what he would do in his opinion and even set up for a another person to come out and give me an estimate on replacing it because my whole system was over 15 years old. My technician was Clinton the comfort representative was Drew. Both men were incredibly professional and very understanding. I had two kids running around and dogs barking at them the whole time and just the kindest people! I will definitely be coming to them to replace this system.

Abel was thorough in his work. He was engaging and when things took a bit longer than expected he explained why. I'd highly recommend both Abel and Mattex

Cecil did an amazing job with our issue. We put in a request to Mattex on Thursday morning and within a few hours we had someone out to our home to look at our A/C issue. We had several complications with the unit so Cecil even had another Mattex associate come for a 2nd opinion. The same day we had a sales representative, Jeff, come with Mattex to help quote us the best option for a replacement unit. The next day Cecil came back to finish the diagnosis of our A/C issues since we were unable to the first day due to it being frozen. He was extremely thorough. Mattex didn't charge us any additional fee outside the $99 service charge for both days of work and feedback. We will continue to be loyal customers of Mattex.

I had a burst pipe this past December, which was repaired by Mattex. Part of that repair was to install a new spigot, which was on a leg that was valved off the remainder of winter. When I turned on the supply to that spigot in late April, the spigot had a slow drip. Blake from Mattex was able to repair the leak without tearing into my wall again, saving me a lot of hassle to repair the wall. Very much appreciated. No charge for the repair, as it was covered under the Mattex warranty. Blake was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough.

Thanks to Joe for helping me get my thermostat situation temporarily fixed on a Saturday morning. We had to come up with a workaround to get us through the weekend, but I sincerely appreciate Joe's time and patience talking through the issue with me. Joe was friendly and knowledgeable and like I said, this was a complicated issue but he was super patient while we talked through the different scenarios and that was very much appreciated - especially when this was taking place on a Saturday morning. Blake was extremely professional and polite. Answered all my questions and concerns and always gave his professional opinion when asked. He worked quick and efficiently.. Great service overall!
