Comfort Zone Service

So glad I called Comfort Zone to replace my old A/C. From the initial consult, to the follow up and install, they were professional, knowledgeable, and super efficient. They offered several options, and the price was right. They notified me when they were on their way, provided a picture and listed the experience of the techs, and did an amazing job getting everything installed without a hitch. I did my due diligence and got several quotes, and so glad I made the right choice.

I have used Comfort Zone for over 12 years for maintenance, repair, installation etc... Great service, professional, courteous, always responsive, never leave a mess and good value. All the techs are great, Jessica who schedules is always wonderful to deal with and the owner Glenn is always very helpful. He has responded on very short notice a couple of times when I had emergency work and has also helped me resolve issues over the phone. Wouldn’t use anyone else for maintenance, repair or installation.

I had a very good experience with Comfort Zone as did my mother-in-law and one of her friends who recommended the company. Brendan did an excellent job on my installation. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and very good about explaining things to me. The same is true of Jamie in the office who was always friendly and helpful. Also, Chad, who was very nice about answering all of my questions as I was researching AC companies. I would definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs.

My husband and I have used Comfort Zone at least three times now. They have serviced our heating, repaired sagging ductwork in our garage, and serviced our AC unit. They are always very responsive, and extremely professional. They are very patient and understanding, great with explaining things without talking down to you. It's also very evident that they don't try to upcharge you or sell you on things you don't need. This company (especially Glen!) knows how to do business right - treat your customers well, and they will become lifelong repeat customers!

I have used them multiple times in the last two years for general maintenance and replacement of an AC unit. They have always been kind, responsive, professional, and trustworthy. They truly set the standard for exceptional customer service. Chad and Glen have both been to our homes to do various maintenance. Each time, they were courteous in giving us notifications for their arrival, and were very punctual. I never felt like they were in a rush to leave and they took their time making sure everything was done right, and that I was 100% satisfied with the job with all of my questions answered. I can't imagine using another company for my HVAC and heating needs. You guys are awesome!

Very prompt response. Thoroughly tested the furnace parts to identify failed part. Secured correct part and performed repair. Serviceman Was very knowledgable and competent. Whole process took just 2 hours. Emails and texts sent to keep me informed of progress. Highly recommend!!
