Brett did a great job explaining what needed to be done and continued to explain what he was doing as he worked. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very professional. Will definitely call Hurst again if we need anything else repaired.

I am not sure where to start. All I can say is I've used this company prior to my last time which was a couple weeks ago. I was not able to give a review on there first job but I was extremely satisfied. They repaired my Central A/C after two different companies couldn't get it right. I've had no issues with it since and it's been three years now. Technicians Brian and Travis where Awesome this last time. They were promt and fast and did an excellent install on my new Furnace. If you have AHS warranty and you are dispatched another company. I advise you to cancel and request them as I did. You will not be disappointed. I have way more to say about them at Hurst Heating & cooling, But not enough time and space. Sarah and Paul you two are Awesome as well and easy to deal with. Thank you for being customer friendly. Hopefully, I don't have another break done anytime soon. But if I do just know you'll be my first to call, Warranty or no Warranty.

This was our first experience with this company and I must say, one of our best experiences. Ross was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Not only did he take time to throughly inspect, clean and explain what was happening with our furnace, he was also kind, polite and fun to converse with. After being incredibly disappointed in the first FOUR HVAC contractors my home warranty company sent I had to go outside the program to find a living person who knew "Boilers". Brett Hatfield was confident Hurst could handle it. He brought Ross Tripoli with him and in less than two hours they had correctly diagnosed the problem, called to confirm their supplier had the correct Control Box, picked it up and returned and installed it. Something the "Family Owned HVAC contractor" from Freeport couldn't do in three visits over a few weeks!!! I'm grateful for the friendly, genuinely concerned and professional response of Brett, Ross and the HURST Heating & Cooling Co.!
