When our Geothermal unit needed repair, we called the experts: Garber Heating and Air Conditioning. With the age of our unit, we decided to replace, rather than repair, and were very pleased that Garber had everything in stock and were able to schedule the install right away! We have had a 20 year relationship with Garber - installing air-conditioning, and maintaining the air-conditioners and our old boiler, in our 100+ year old house. They are dependable and always provide good service; the staff are competent and friendly.

We have used Garber twice now once for a furnace repair and recently for A/C repair. Both times they were able to send a technician out within a day or so to diagnose and fix the issue.

We were traveling from Pennsylvania to Iowa with our Motorsports hauler (semi/trailer) and had trouble with the air being cool in our trailer. (In July) Being from out of town we called several local places that just said they didn’t do that type of work. Called Garber and the receptionist Molly took time and care, gave great directions and had a technician waiting on us when we arrived. The owner and two technicians (I don’t recall any names.) stayed after hours, in the rain and were determined to get us fixed and back on the road. Rarely do you luck into such a random great experience. They worked hard, very detailed, and were determined to fix our odd ball problem. When we pulled out, we had cold air conditioning! These guys were great! Top notch!

I always love the responsiveness from the Garber team. They truly seem to care and not give you the runaround. Molly schedules the HVAC team to best fit my schedule, especially with emergencies! They are clean and efficient and I trust their work.
