The inspection for our new home identified the existing water heater had a leak. Don's was able to come out the day of our closing to replace it. They were very responsive and worked to get us on the schedule the day we closed. For new home owners getting this taken care of quickly was a relief. I will be having them service all our heating and cooling needs moving forward.

Russ and Jason are the only ones I will call to help me with my AC and heating services. They installed my new AC unit a few years ago and repaired the issues from my existing furnace. Russ helped me with a furnace problem last winter while I was on vacation over a weekend. Russ and Jason are so trustworthy and helpful!

We had an 'air scrubber' for the furnace, installed by them on 11/4/21. Within a day we noticed it working. We have pets, and a family member with constant allergic reactions now has none! It is a definite game changer for us in these Covid days. They did a great job. Highly recommended!

I usually never do this, but I'm really upset with the service I had with Don's Heating Cooling & Appliance Repair. I had a flyer that came in the mail from them for a 13 point inspection for $89.95. I thought it was a good offer. A father and son duo. I love to give family owned business all my business as it is helping the smaller companies out there, but when someone is trying to take advantage of me that is where I draw the line. Before Russ the father came in the son started on the cleaning process, so I was asking questions and having a good conversation. He removed my surface ignitor and he stated oh this might need to be replaced and I asked why he stated it is white it might go out on you. That to me is not a valid response. So kindly I asked how much a new one is he didn't know so he walked away, went to the van and brought one in then stated it is $125. I said I will pass. I know these things are not that pricey and I knew they haven't even turned my heater on to see if there is a true glow to the ignitor. So Russ, walks in nearly giving me an attitude stating if that goes bad we will charge you another service call to come out to replace it and if it is on a weekend it would be $155 charge plus $125. So Russ took over with the cleaning process taking a brush cleaning inside the igniters and took a vacuum and vacuumed it quickly. Less than 5 min. I asked were you going to check my humidifier which is part of my furnace he said no, prior to Russ being in the room the son stated we would check it, clean it out and make sure the water is clean when I was asking questions on what the inspection consists of. Then Russ stated just for me to even look at it would be an additional 39.99 charge. I am leaving this review not to damage anyone's reputation, but when you take me for a fool you are doing this to many other customers out there like myself. I could have cleaned my own furnace if I knew how this company cleaned it. I have had my furnace cleaned many times and they would spend over 45 min on cleaning and making sure it is done right!

Russ is the only one we trust to install and maintain our HVAC. We have been satisfied customers since 1994. Would highly recommend Don’s Appliance for all your HVAC needs!

If you need quality and value these are your guys. A family owned company that bends over backwards to make sure the job is done right. I have been using them for my home and restaurants for years. Extremely responsive to emergency calls and wastes no time getting the fix.

Russ is a fantastic guy and very knowledgeable thorough. He has fixed my washing machine, AC, and furnace. Everyone has a guy for something and Russ is my guy!!! The pricing is very fair, as well.
