So glad Gary was able to help me after hours on what valves to close to the boilermaker. Just had our boiler maker replaced (it failed) by Jake! Very nice and conscientious young man! Very happy.with the job done.
On Thursday 8/11/16 my husband called Anytime Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., 10S264 Schoger Dr, Naperville, to set up a warranty repair on our Rheem air conditioner. We needed a new capacitor. My husband explained that our unit was under a 10 year parts warranty. He provided our model and serial number to Gary so they could bring the warranty covered part. The appointment was made for noon on Friday. At no time during the conversation did Gary or Mike tell my husband they did not have the warranty covered part even though they knew when they set the appt they did not have the warranty part. Had they told us this we would not have set the appt. We would have found another repair shop.
Mike comes to our house and removes the old capacitor and only then tells my husband I don't have the part covered under warranty but I have this other capacitor but its $75, over twice as much. Mike says you can take this or I can get the warranty part but it's going to cost you more because I have to go get it and I can't get it until Monday. He put my husband in a real bind as its Friday afternoon, mid-Aug and our air conditioner is not working so my husband went with the $75 capacitor.
I called Mike and asked why they didn't tell us upfront they didn't have the warranty part when my husband made the appt. That is something we should have been told before they set the appt. He didn't have an answer. He admitted he couldn't get the warranty part until Monday because it was in Addison. In summary Gary and Mike mislead us into believing they were repairing our unit under warranty. We believe Mike fully intended to up charge us for the other capacitor. Mike charged us $190 for 1 hour of labor tops which included the travel time. That's excessive labor.
After my conversations with both Mike and Gary it was clear to me this is not a high integrity business. I would highly recommend avoiding this business. They are not on the up and up.
They are honest, fair and very helpful! They do the best to get you back up and running ASAP! If they don't have a part, they get it as soon as possible and at LEAST get it fixed until the part is available! I have recommended them to many people and every one of them have been so happy they called!!

"HORRIBLE" Company never followed through. Waited for an emergency service and no one ever showed up... Waist of a phone number....
