I have had a service contract for many years with this company. The techs are knowledge scheduling service is a breeze too.
My A/C finally quit working last week.
Scheduled an install on both a/c furnace ( both almost 30 years old)
We scheduled the date and time. They were ontime and installed both units quickly and efficiently. Very happy with job and results.

We would highly recommend Service II. They went above and beyond every step of the way. They treated us like family!!! They gave us budget friendly options and ultimately we went with a high efficiency option that was installed very quickly. We are highly satisfied with the work that was done and are glad we made the decision to go with Service II for all of our needs.

This Company has bailed us out TWICE this year, once in the summer when our AC went out (t-storm power surge) and just now when two thermostats that I supplied did not work properly. They came back on the same day within an hour and brought two new thermostats. on one of the coldest days of the year. We are VERY grateful to have them as our vendor of choice since 2005.

They have replaced our A/C units, replaced my Moms unit and serviced my Mother in Law's HVAC. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

Had new furnaces put in and price comparison Service II was very fair. We have used them to service our old furnace for the past 13 years, so it was an easy decision to use them for the new ones. 4 men to install, 3 of which had been here before, so it was nice to have familiar faces and professional. Amazed at how quickly 2 furnaces went in, old ones gone and all was left very clean.

I had another excellent encounter with Service II. During my routine winter maintenance a problem was detected on my 21 year old furnace with an inducer fan motor. The Technician brought this to my attention along with potential future problems with the heat exchanger. Upon evaluating repair costs it was best to replace the furnace versus repairing it. A very reasonable replacement price for a new more energy efficient furnace was provided within 10 minute. The new furnace was installed promptly and professionally. With rising energy prices, the additional cost of replacement versus repair should be recovered in 5 -6 years.

Very responsive when we called with loss of heat. Professional and the unit was replaced in a few days. We have used this company for many years for yearly maintenance on both furnace and A/C. Always very professional and pleasant. Definitely recommend them

I just LOVE my Service II Inc Heating snd Service Company!! I Have used them over 20 years. For the last five years, I have had the service guy, Roman ,for my service. He is phenomenal ! I have put my trust in this company and are very confident that they do the best job they can.

Work was completed efficiently in the described manner and time frame. Installers were professional and friendly. Cleanup was excellent. Have used Service II since my house was built. Highly recommend them !!
