    We had great service today from Mark C. We woke up the first day in our new home to find that our water heater was not working properly. We weren't expecting we could find someone to install a new one on the weekend but Prestige had great reviews and weekend hours. Mark answered right away this morning, let us know of their promotions and said he could be there by early afternoon.
    He was prompt and had everything needed to complete the job. He explained in detail what he needed to do to complete the job detailing the expenses. He also inspected our dryer gas line (we're having a new dryer delivered Monday) and repaired it as well. We were extremely pleased with his service. Just an awesome job and by 5 pm he was finished, everything was cleaned up and upgraded for safety.
    I would recommend him and Prestige Plumbing without hesitation. We are so thankful he was able to come out on the weekend! Thanks, Mark!

    These guys are great! Very responsive, came quickily to fix my sump pump that was leaking and spraying water in multiple places. Kristen was so nice when I called and knew we needed someone immediately. Tim explained what options we had and within the hour of me calling, all was fixed and working. Terrific service and great to work with too!

    End to end experience was awesome! I used text to request appointment during a late night emergency, email follow ups were timely. They also provided pictures of those arriving to service the appointment. Inspection and quote was through, quick and competitive in price with great quality hot water tank and catch basin. Removal and install was extremely smooth despite having to adjust pipes to fit new tank. New tank needed 1 inch extra space to fit which was a challenge for an already tight space. I could not be more pleased, give them a text or call to evaluate your job ... you will not regret it!!!

    Was not impressed. Father & Son came to my home within a few hours of my call for service on my water heater. They arrived at the time they said and they called when they were on their way. Took a very quick look at my water heaters and although they got one pilot on, they swiftly decided I needed new heaters. Quoted me over $3500 which I felt was too high. They charged me $135 for coming out and lighting the one pilot. They could not get my second heater pilot on. I immediately called another service company who arrived to my house within 1 hour and told me he could replace them for $2300 (the specs of the heaters and the install were the same, trust me, I went over the details). This service guy from the other company was able to easily ignite the heater that Prestige could not. When I asked the second service company what I owed him for coming out and getting this pilot on, he told me...NOTHING, call me when you need to replace them, but for now you're good"........My opinion of Prestige is that they are probably good at what they do, but you will likely overpay or worse get ripped off

    They were true professionals. Left a message to setup appointment. Got a call back within 30 minutes. Got a text with name and a picture of the tech (great idea for security) that would be assigned. They arrived on time and quickly found the issue. They explained everything and taught me a couple of important things to be aware of. Going to setup appt to have them check my ac. Great experience. Great customer service always feels good.

    Tim and T.J. responded quickly to an urgent situation and had time to deal with several other issues for me. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed with their efficiency and the care they took to keep the work areas tidy. Before they left, everything was double checked. I asked for extra business cards because I will definitely recommend them to family and neighbors. Don't hesitate to call on this excellent family owned business!

    Satisfied with plumbing services. Website is great and exactly what I want from a business. You can request all services and appointments online without calling anyone. I greatly appreciate this. I requested a non-emergency service at 8pm and had an email with time slot availability by 7:30am the next morning. Services were performed at 9am that day. They were quick. Prices were fair. My favorite part is they text a photo of the technician who is coming to your door. I like to know who to expect.

    Five years ago Prestige installed 2 water heaters in my home. Today, one of them wasn’t able to keep the pilot going. Called Prestige, they came out, fixed it in 30 minutes. Parts still under warranty and was only charged a minimal fee for labor. Courteous, fast, knowledgeable work. Very happy.

    I worked with Mark C. on my water heater. Mark was very professional and cordial both over the phone and while he was out here doing the work. They were able to get it back up and running almost immediately. I will definitely use Prestige again.

    EDIT:
    A few days after initially repairing the water heater, I couldn't get the heater lit, again. After fiddling with the igniter I could to get it lit, albeit briefly, so that I had enough hot water to shower. I called Prestige and left a message to have someone call me to walk me through opening the new, redesigned front plate so I could attempt to clean the inside. This was on 1/7. I didn't get a call back on 1/8. I called again and left messages on 1/9 and 1/13, with no return calls either time. By the evening of 1/13 my water heater was no longer working at all. I have had the water heater replaced, and because of this poor customer service I went with another company. That's $1,300 that could've been Prestige's if they took the time to make a single phone call.

    You should NOT consider this business for any plumbing repairs! They originally scheduled for a day they were not open. I called at the time they said they would arrive and left a message. They called back to say they put me on the calendar for the next day and had given me the wrong date. Then came later that same week and claimed they would only charge for work done. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE - $20 part and 45 minutes later they somehow had a bill for $600 plus the service call. Most other companies take the service call charge out of the total - not this company. They know they are stealing your money and do not care. DO NOT TRUST them as I made the mistake of doing so. I called and discussed with Dominick my issue with the cost and he assured me they would process a refund once my check cleared. I followed up a few times after my check had cleared and received NO response. I brought this up with BBB and all Prestige offered in that complaint was a $50 off next service. Even if I thought about using them in the future (which I did not) that response shows how unprofessional and untrustworthy they are. This is the first time I ever heard of a flat rate for a plumber! If this review saves one person from being ripped off -then my time in writing it was worth it. I have never felt so sick in dealing with a company!!!!
